A nice college with good ambience

The college is located near a mountain area so it has a pleasant ambience. But accssessebility is very worse. It has a good infrastructure and they improve it day by day year by year. But it provides a good transportation.

We are the first batch of 2015 we get new syllabus which has reduced weightage. We have 2 unit tests which is called as internal exams. This exams score is totally calculated as half mark for final semester. Then we have semester which is converted to 50% and added to internal mark to give full CGPA

Our college get almost 200 company visits for campus recruitment. It has a seperate placement department and training for aptitude technical and verbal to crack interview. It also hires third party companies like six phrase to train us.

Our college celebrate every event of our nativity. But it hosts a fest called futura in which students present their projects or skills etc. The college also gives a budget to every department to host their own symposium.

The college follows the government policy for fee. But it is a bit expensive for students who doesn't came by counseling. Only who came to college by counseling gets the government scheme of fees. It charges extra for extracurricular activities. But it is one time pay for every year. We have to pay at the start fully through bank or college.

They have first graduate which is really given to us by government which is deduced from college fees. They also accept or provide scholarship from other non-profit organization. Or farmers scholarship etc.

There is also sports day where they give Medel to atheletes who won in game it happens every year along with independence day. They really appreciate sports. There is a foodball ground, tennis ground. A gym. They also building a indoor playing area.

No, there are 5 hostel blocks which can accommodate 3000 students just men's count. Women hostel is seperate. It also can accommodate around 3000 people's. They provide food and snacks for everyone at right time

They create a whatsapp group and our college email is also valid after college. So they keep intimidating about any event happening in college or alumni meet. There is a alumni office where all the planning is done

We get to go counseling which is done by anna university on the descending order of cut-off marks. Then we get to choose our college where it shows the list of available courses in that college in which I chose information technology as major.

They hire new faculty who are well skilled every year. And the faculty stays in college for evening 5:00 pm rather having any work just for students who have doubts to be cleared. The faculty are friendly.
