Remarks

We do have liberty to do anything but the management should let us to utilize it properly for our career purpose. Sometimes, the rules and University policy kill our creativeness. That should be stopped.

Entrance Preview

I wrote KEE (Karunya Entrance Examination). Since, it's a private university you gotta take their entrance examination. I got around 1000 rank and got the second day counselling.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum is great. I cannot say all the staffs are great. But they gave a great environment to learn the subjects which is much appreciated

Internships Opportunities

I was actually nominated for Netherlands and Tunisia for Internship. I selected Tunisia. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it because of VISA problem.

Placement Experience

It was good. I'm not sure about the numbers but almost everyone of my classmates got placed. Accenture, Infosys, Amazon, CTS, Wipro, HCL, etc..

College Events

Mindkraft, Evangeline Memorial Tournament (EMT) and Christmas Mega play are the college festivals you can see on college campus. Mindkraft and EMT are National level events. They're quite popular.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's a residential university. Well, the hostels are great to stay. I used to complain about food. But I know how badly i miss them. Well, they have South Indian, North Indian, International and Chinese food. But the fees are pretty high.

Fees and Financial Aid

No. I haven't avail any loans. And yes, they do have Scholarship for students who excelled in their studies.

Campus Life

I have never seen any ragging or bullying so far. They do respect every nationality as well as people from every state.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Karunya University - Review (From a current Student)

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

The proximity of the college to my state and the ease of travel was way simplified for me. College is very safe and secure especially for girls.
