Course Curriculum Overview
There are 3 exams in a semester i.e midterm 1, midterm 2 and end-term and there is continuous evaluation too, from which student can gain marks easily, here Btech is teached by PBL-project based learning which makes learning easier and in Btech there is 8 semester
Placement Experience
Highest placement of JKLU is 15 lakh/annum and average is 4.5 per lakh/annum. and many till now there is 90 percent placement and still placement is going on.
College Events
JKLU have cultural fest named Sabrang this is university's national fest and for sports there is Spardha, which is very much popular among many university's. in spardha cricket and football is very famous last time there were 32 teams to play football whereas 16 teams to play cricket.
Fee Structure And Facilities
fees for 1st year is 1,78,200 per year for college and for non-ac hostel it is 113000, ac-hostel is 131000 per year. Student can pay his/her fees per semester also. student can gain scholarship if he get above 75 percent in class 12th. student can pay his fees by nift, chequw, dd, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
from 1st year batch 5 student got 100 percent scholarship and many are there who got 75 and 25 percent, criteria for the same is simple, student scoring above 90 percent in 12th will get 100 percent scholarship whereas between 90to 80 would be 75 percent and between 80 to 75 would be 25 percent.
Campus Life
There are 13 clubs in university which includes sports, music, dance, etc. University also have cultural fest named sabrang and sports fest named spardha. Each club are develops skills of student, these clubs are active whole year and organises many activities.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors here are not like seniors they are like brothers, they help in every possible situation, from exams to event.
Admission
I got to know about this university by my brother's friend, he told me this university is very good in every field he provides especially Btech which I feel are true words. my admission was done on the basis of an interview taken by sir from CSE field.
Faculty
JKLU have 90 percent faculty from IIT, NID and NIT, approximately all are PHD, many are assistant professor who have proposed many research papers, like Vc was director of IIM lucknow, and there are visiting faculty as well which are availabel for query any time.
