Good Experience

The college was good and built on strong foundation I was happy to study English here as the faculty and all my seniors were good. Apart from this, the college had Eco friendly environment and proper library system with more than thousand books that was a good resource for the student.

The English course was designed according to the nature of the study. every year we had to study three parts and each part was well elaborated like in the first part it was all about the history of the English language, followed by poetry and dramas by Shakespear and Donne. And in the last year, it was more of an industrial revolution and the English literature theories of the twentieth century.

I was more inclined towards higher education and most of the time the student wanted the same. Although the preferences were diverse in nature. hence, the department helped the interested students to prepare for interviews and providing them good knowledge about the English Literature as well as CV.

The english hons course fee was very cheap and affordable to each of the students especially who were staying in PG or flat or even hostel. The total amount I paid was Rs 7000/- and per year fees were around Rs 3000/-.

The facilities and the sports activities as well as the seminars were the good element of the college to make the student well aware of the whereabouts of each and every happenings in the college. I really admire the non academic parameter as it helped me to focus on my career even more.

The BA. English I applied here just after receiving my class 12th grades as the admission here was purely based on the merit list derived by the college authority.Furthermore, the scope of getting into this college was high as well essential.

The professors and the guest lectures were awesome and we also had temporary professors and all of them were Mphill degree holders, Overall, I really enjoyed being guided by them as all of them had good knowledge as well as use good speech in delivering lectures.
