Best College of Uttarakhand

This college is a great college having all kinds if stuff in one place, from well structured classes, labs to great grounds for sports. It got all of it. Inside hostels and gym is also a part of the college.

Course curriculum provided here covers the basic yet necessary subjects. Exams here are covered as Mid and End Terms, where mid term covers 25% and 75% of overall marking. Along with the examinations, we had practicals having the same exam structure as theory subjects.

The placements and job opportunities provided by college is the best in Uttarakhand. College arranges various companies to visit the college for campus placements. Companies not only came for jobs but for internships as well.

Almost all tge events are celebrated in the college including Holi and Diwali. Othet than these festivals, our college arranges a fest named Grafest annually, where singers and actors came and perform.

Fee structure of the college is somewhat feasible when conpared to other colleges. However, it seems to be expensive when compared to some other colleges as well. But when we talk about the facilities we get provided then it seems to be feasible.

The college provides scholarship on various basis - merit based scholarship, scholarship for army background students, and others. I've availed 10% scholarship on the basis of my overall gradings, i.e. merit based scholarship.

Talking about the extracurricular activities - the labs are great here. Annually sports events are arranged with students and teachers both seen as participants. There are various events that keeps on getting arranged in the whole year.

Senior students are very helpful when asked. Either it is education related help or any activity, seniors help us in all way possible. Freshers and farewells are arranged so that seniors and juniors can have a talk to each other.

For taking admission, I had to first done a seat registration. Then an admission form was filled with all necessary details and documentes attached to it. Then the form got submitted along with the college fees in the admission cell.

Faculties if the college are great enough to provide answers to almost all questions in their subjects. Also, they're helpful whenever students ask for any help. However, being helpful they're strict when we talk about the subjective assignments.
