A journey worth sharing

The college is optimum in it. The way it conducts its day to day operations is quite a matter of learning especially for the management students like me.Collegs is continuously engaged in bringing students more productive and fluent to outer world by hosting various personality development programmes. This way it has positive contribution to our lives.

According to me the course curriculum of NPGC is quite a point of honour for the college.The course structure for each and every course offered by the college is balanced and works for enriching student's knowledge step by step.The course structure is designed in such a way that freshers are initially revised about what they studied in previous classes and then are told about the future study material. Talking about the examination pattern, NPGC follows Semester pattern where the classes of whole year is divided into two semesters. Each semester carry 2 unit tests of 20 marks each. Unlike other LU affiliated colleges, NPGC has been showing his consistency since 2009 where it conducts one of the 2 UTs in subjective manner and the other in objective manner.

I am currently in my first year of graduation and is completely unknown about the placement and job opportunities provided by NPGC but through the college brochure I come to know about that NPGC has its connection with top companies of India namely Infosys TCS Reliance Wipro etc. which provides an attractive placement and job atmosphere to the passed out students. The companies are able to find enough capable graduates and post graduates for different higher level posts and this makes NPGC quite an aspiring college.

Being a fresher I had not seen all the events occuring in my college but few if them had already happened in front of me. One of them is COMFEST an event involving olympiad in the field of industry business and commerce. The college also organises various national concern events for social viewpoints and is constantly indulged in enhanching the existing talent in students through the way of organising programmes.

Fee structure of NPGC for graduates is INR 52000.This fees can be paid in either of two ways. Either the student just deposit whole year's fees in one time I. e at the time of admission in first semester or they can pay it in two half yearly installments of INR 27000 and INR 26500. Frankly speaking, then I find it quite expensive in comparison the fees offered by other colleges.

Scholarship provided by our college is of UP government which involves full reimbursement of fees for the college. I have filled the required application form for availing scholarship and had submitted required documents in college counter.

For students of anatomy botany psychology geography and others, college has well equiped ventilated laboratories. College oftenly conducts various programmes for enhacing theextra curricular qualities of students. Recently Sports Tournament for Cricket was organised and participation of interested onesones could be seen in great numbers

Hostel infrastructure for college students is good enough for residing for greater time. The boys hostel offers 4 meals a day. Morning breakfast, Afternoon Lunch, Evening snacks and Dinner. The food quality is good enough to sustain. Other facilities provided by hostel are 24*7 water suppy, RO devices for drinking water purification, proper ventilation and spacious rooms and clean sanitation.

I would certainly say that the seniors of mine are quite generous kind supportive and motivative. Whenever I feel any doubt regarding anything in college I never feel hesitated to contact them and they never ignore us or postpone. This is what makes our college more better.

Frankly being a fresher, I would say that I don't know about all the other faculties of NPGC but I can say that the faculty of Bcom(Hons), the course I am pursuing right now has enough competent supportive motivative and intellectual teaching staff which has been known for oroducing bright placements, outstanding results and successfully alummus all around the world!
