The director sucks he banned DJ nights in the college which was lame one should try to solve the problems happening in the college and not get away with it.
Entrance Preview
I took numerous engineering entrance tests and scored the best in the NIFT entrance test it was my dad who suggested me NIFT as i wasn't very excited about engineering plus it has become very common these days.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is the best ever course I could imagine we again all the practical knowledge by working on various machines and learning techniques of that of the design students which adds to the learning our course enables us to learn basics of every department of NIFT.
Internships Opportunities
I haven't been into any kind of internship yet.
Placement Experience
All the students who passed this year were placed well known companies like Blackberrys, Arvind, Shahi exports, Flipkart and Raymonds came to our campus and they offered approximately 5 lakhs per annum.
College Events
National fashion olympiad offers students from various departments to design on their own and bring under the limelight there are various events and competitions being held which offer cash prizes to the winners spectrum is one the fests the students wait a year for also, there's Fashionova and Knitmoda where the graduating students get an opportunity to showcase their design collection on the ramp students come dresses up and the ambiance is very festive.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't require any kind of scholarships and so I never really looked forward for knowing the details.
Campus Life
NIFT is one of the most lively and happening college I could ever think of! It has no dress codes so much freedom, people from all over the country come and study here. It is no less in case of extracurricular activities as well girls are way more in number than boys, so woman empowerment is on its peak as always.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are average, there's no mess but a canteen where the food is disliked by most of the students i would personally rate the hostel 4 out of 10 and the canteen 1 out of 10.
Alumni/Alumna
They're very friendly and seem to be all time ready for helping me in my internships they keep giving me advice on which subjects to score more and what actually happens in the industry.
