Best college in Bangalore.

Positive remarks includes Academics, Infrastructure, Seniors in the college and maintenance. Academics is better in my college. My college comes under top 10 vtu colleges Coming to negative remarks,management is not that good. And if you are a guy interested in extracurricular then this college doesn't suits you.

Course curriculum is comparatively easy. There are two sem per year and the course consists of 4 years (8 sem). The syllabus is based on vtu syllabus. There are 3 internals per semister. Paper is for 30 marks. Average of 16 has to be obtained including the assignment marks to write the external exam. The average of internal marks and assignment marks are added to the external marks later. Maximum internal mark is 40. External exam is for 100 marks which is then reduced to 60 and added with the internal marks. Minimum of 21 has to be obtained out of 60 in external to clear the subject.

Placement in my college is satisfactory with 100% placement in CSE and ECE. Job opportunities are quite good. Like decent. College provides some internship. Since i am in 2nd year i didn't do any internship and didn't get any stipend.

There are two fests which take place in my college in a academic year. One is Vertex, which is a technical fest having event related to robotics and other. Another one is Swayam which is a cultural fest having many competitions comprising of theatre event, dance, singing.etc.

College fees is comparably feasible. It is the only college in Bangalore with cheapest management fees. Students who come through cet need to pay around 40000 to the college excluding government fees. Management fees varies with the branch like CS students need to pay little more than other branches. All over per year it takes less than 250k.

There is a scholarship called vidyasiri. I availed this scholarship in my first year and got around 13k. Since i got SNQ seat in my college i get less scholarship amount. Others get around 20k per year. There are other scholarship for SC ST and reserved candidates too.

Not that importance is given to extracurricular in my college. They support only in academics. We go for other colleges for various competitions like Theatre and other. But coming to extracurricular my college is worst.

Seniors are very good in my college. There is no ragging at all. With 0% ragging at all. They are very helpful and friendly with us. Alumni network is good. They often come to our college and guides us.

I got admission through CET exam. Based on the ranking of the cet exam various colleges release their cut-offs. I got around 14800 ranking in Karnataka. There were 3 rounds of college selection. I got selected in the first round. Next on the prescribed day i had to report to the college and got admitted by paying the corresponding year college fees.

Faculties are good. Not everyone but they are manageable. Some are friendly with students but some are strict. Overall speaking about the facilities in my college they are on average,can rate 6 out of 10
