Course Curriculum Overview
The course is generic and not a lot of industry-specific training happens but, there are initiatives taken to make the learning more industry-driven. The placement department is always trying its best to provide the best training and to get more companies to the campus.
Placement Experience
The placements are okay. The placement department is very dynamic and is always ready to adapt to the new standards. There are many opportunities throughout the academic year to get internships or jobs.
College Events
We do not have a lot of events that are celebrated in the college except for our technical fest Vertechx and one cultural fest Swayam. But we do have club events happening regularly throughout the year. There are no other major events in the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is different for management and government seats. The college tution fee is 40000 per year and the rest of the fee depends on the seat. The fee is collected online. If you are opting for the college bus service then you have to pay separately for it.
Fees and Financial Aid
I did not opt for any education loan. There are a few scholarships that can be availed. The process is usually simple.
Campus Life
There is not much of college life at this campus. We have a dress code which is more strictly followed for the female students. The attendance is very strict so it limits you from doing a lot of things. The college, in general, is not very dynamic. There aren't many interactions between students of different batches or courses and there is no student body.
Alumni/Alumna
There isn't any interaction between the students of different batches. The lack of student body makes it difficult to keep in touch with alumni.
Admission
I got into this college via KCET. The admission process was straight forward. We were given a date to meet the college administration and all the formalities were taken care of by the college itself. We had to fill up forms and submit our original documents.
Faculty
We have 6 courses per semester and two labs. The faculty are engaging most of the times. They are monotonous in teaching and do not always spark a lot of ideas or differential understanding of the subject. There isn't a lot of time for self-learning and exploitation.
