Course Curriculum Overview

The course is well furnished with a pattern namely semi theory semi practical syllabus! Timetable is also pretty good and a cool day for students except 1st years as they have to study all the subjects irrespective of their course which seems to be hectic for some groups of students

Placement Experience

So far I didn't attend the placements ! As far as I heard SASTRA students get placed with a decent package and shines well in the industries. Has a lot of practical skills apart from academics. People get placed upto 41LPA

College Events

Kuruksastra and Carpedium - Cultural fest Colosseum and Fuera - Inter college sport fest Daksh and Utsav - Tech fest All the events are filled and knowledgeable. Can have a great time during the events and Kuruksastra is one of the best culturals ever and daksh is know as one of the biggest tech fest in south India

Fee Structure And Facilities

As far as engineering is concerned You will get about 70k per semester for tution fees and 15k per year for hostel and 35k for mess per year. Compared to other private Deemed university in the country. SASTRA offers good quality education with very less fee structure

Fees and Financial Aid

We have DEAN'S MERIT LIST and loans are available in the baks for education easily for the educational fees. You can visit the bank directly to get to know about the loan details as it differs from person to person based on individuals

Campus Life

SASTRA has one of the beat research centers in the country. It also has a Technology Business Incubator in it which focuses mainly on 3d printing tech, drones, AR VR, IOT It also has the best research centres for the bioT dept too

Alumni/Alumna

0% ragging free campus ! Friendly seniors and a good alumini networks. Can learn a lot from the seniora and you can interact with seniors like your friends. No partiality or ragging as far as thia university is concerned

Admission

Admission is based purely on merit. Rank list is prepared using Jee mains marks + board exam marks and rank sheet is prepared. Then seat allocations are made by using the rankings. There are two streams in which yhe first stream considers 70 percent of Jee marks and 2nd stram considers only board exam marks

Faculty

The staffs are highly qualified with a maximum number od Phd staffs and have a good knowledge on the subject and knows how to apply them in practical life. Good in research too! But you have to seek them to grow ip. No spoonfeeding is done in the university! A great place and environment to learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Yaahh I had appyfor other colleaes also like lpu ,vit, EAMCET.. reason is why iam not joined in that college is to 1.in lpu I got seat alsoo but that college is soo waast and for me it will be more distance.2.in vit i didn't get cse so I rejected it .in EAMCET i am not interested I got below 20k rank but...not went to that .
