My college life

College Management is very bad AC never work in the class not present light in the classroom if any bulb or watch stop working they change it after many complaints and....water cooler always stop working in 3,2,&1 floor also so students have to go ground floor for water.

The course curriculum is good but college provide me with the core subject (CS) in the second semester and Exam structure is also good not so hard if you read and solve all the problem in class or in the book you and scored highest marks in your college and also get the prize.

Placement of this college is below average, most of the companies which came in college for placements students never listen about the companies , some of the companies are known but mostly unknown companies, one day I listed it by my friend that there's a company which give placement to student of 10k package and the job location is Gurgaon Delhi.

There are many events which are held in our colleges such as technical competition, dance, Udaan event dedicated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam sir, singing, active play, cricket (Axis Premier League), etc. There are some events which are held like freshers idea.

The fee structure was good in the scene of a better than other colleges because they only put extra charges if your fee is submitted late , in fact, the fine is directly informed into the students by their class coordinator faculty or inf. is reached by the means of msg.but if there's an issue they always calls the students during lecture this is very bad.

No, I have not taken any scholarship form in the college due to my father's occupation and the students who have filled it have no problems or issues with that.

Campus life is below average out of spec. The campus life was mixed because of some time it was thrilling some time funny some time suspense and sometimes celebrating, thrilling when we were doing experiments on m/c, funny when with friends, serious during exam time, celebrating during any feast or the festival time.

Hostel facilities in this price is very null mess food is not so hygienic and hostel warden is very lazy he always sleeping in his room never check mess and always warns to the students for fine if there's is missing of anyone glass he always said for fine 500-1000 rupees and the plate is dirty the workers of mess never do their works properly and workers who serve food are very rude and always argue with every student. there's a menu of food provided by the college but in the hostel, they have their choice what he wants to make in Lunch and never provides salad in morning and evening, there's a gym but no instruments present there're some machines but they are damaged or not working

Yes some of the seniors are very good but some are rude if any junior student call him brother they always say's that how are you talking you have not any discipline how to talk and say's call him Sir only not brother.

First I opt this college because of their infrastructure and ranking in Kanpur but I think the ranking of this college given online is not true because of the college facilities they don't provide any 24*7 canteen facilities during evening or night time and if any student wants to go outside for any work in the night time they don't allow after 7:00 pm I think this restriction is ok but if you don't provide any canteen facilities in college in the night time so students will go outside for eating and there is a gym but no instruments of gym some of the machines are present but they are damaged or not working and there's only a small ground of hostel which can be for both college and hostel for any event because there's not any other ground for college. this is my personal advice don't take admission in this college you can go for BBD Lucknow or PSIT Kanpur but if you have not any choice then don't take direct admission in this college because one of my friend and many of the who students took direct admission in Btech CS Branch in this college after one-month college department said that that you have to change your branch because there's not any seat of CS branch left they have only two choices either they can change their branch from CS to IT or Mechanical or they have to TAKE a GAP of one year again this the very bad fraud by College to my friend I'm very happy because i took admission through counselling so my seat is reserved. Don't do this mistake friends.

Faculty of the college is average my physics faculty is very good in the first semester but during my first semester Electrical Faculty is not so intelligent, he don't explain their concept to the students that's why we got a subject back in Electrical paper in the first-semester exam. Lecture provided by the college is ok but they have to focus on the core subject also in my second semester we have only one time in a week to go for Computer Lab. And not other activities or not any Clubs present in this college
