The college is pretty good. But college life is not so well here.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is not so bad. It is quite supportive. There will be workshops conducted and some other activities will be held. We did not have any industrial visit yet. We may have it in the upcoming years. Overall the college extra-curriculum is not so bad. It's up to the mark.

Placement Experience

The placement in our college is good for computer science, information science and electronics and communication branch.

College Events

There will be two events conducted in each year. One is the technical event called vertex and the other is a cultural event called swayam. Many technical events will be conducted in the technical fest. Cultural fest consists of several cultural activities open for all the engineering college in India.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fees are quite expensive. It is of 40000 very expensive compared to some of the other colleges in Bangalore. And the kcet fees was 53000. The college fees are quite expensive. The hostel fees vary from 75000 to 90000. It will vary for boys and girls.

Fees and Financial Aid

I will be getting the E-pass scholarship from the Karnataka state government. The college will make sure that we will get scholarships.

Campus Life

Campus life is not so enjoyable compared to other engineering colleges in Bangalore. There will be no sports day conducted in college. Some of the extracurricular activities will be held but not so effectively. Labs are pretty good. Overall it's average when we talk about college life.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is pretty good. There will be alumni meet conducted. Some of the alumni are in touch with the college.

Admission

I got the admission through kcet exam. My ranking was in the range of 19000 I choose this college. I am pursuing computer science and engineering and currently, I am in the second year. I have entered this college after kcet third round results. The college is pretty good and attendance matters the most.

Faculty

The faculty of our college is good. Some are PhD holders. Overall the teaching facilities and faculties are good. We can easily connect with them. They are very helpful. The facility is quite good and the college is quite supportive. It's very easy to connect with them.

A Journey Worth Remembering

When I was selecting an engineering college I applied to several reputed institutions in Karnataka including Dayananda Sagar College of engineering Acharya institute of technology CMR institute of technology but I couldn't make it due to slightly higher cutoff in CET. I finally choose MVJ college of engineering because of its location infrastructure academic environment and placement opportunities. Situated in Whitefield it's close to several IT companies which is better and increases internship and placement prospects. The campus is spacious clean and well equipped with modern labs and facilities the college also has good reputation under VTU for maintaining academic decipline and quality teaching.
