BVM college review

BVM has the soul. It is one of the best engineering college in Gujarat. The environment you get in the college is price less. the mixure of education, culture and sports is really very good. It's worth studying in BVM.

Information Technology is really very good in BVM. The final exam is scheduled by gtu but college organise internal exams too. Lab and class facilities are good and in bvm one can find a competitive environment.

BVM is the oldest engineering college in Gujarat. Due to which it's very well known. So placement here is very good. I got placed in 7th semester. TCS comes first and hire so many students. After completing the college student can join the company.

BVM is very well-known for the cultural as well as tech events. BVM won the GTU festival manh times. Also in Anand it won Amul volcano so many times. BVM every year conduct techno-culutural fest which is the heart of BVM. There are so many events(more than 80) and everybody loves it.

in 2013 the course fee wae 73k annually. now it is around 1. 4L which is expensive. But fee is only for the some branch like IT and ET as other branches come under government and do not charge any free.

There was some cast based scholarship provided by the GTU. Loans and other scholarship is not provided in the college. There are no other facilities provided by the college. Also they say they will help us financially in final year project but we never get any help.

BVM is a best college for extra curricular activity. As it is located in Anand, Amul organises a culural fest named Amul Volcano. The participants stay in nights and practice for the competition and also win. There are intercollege cricket, vollyball, football and basketball matches also played in Anand.

I've opt for the college hostel. But the hostel fee was 16k per year. Hostel was not so good so I opted for another private hostel which was quite good and fee was around 30k. for the food you have to go out and eat.

Yes, Alumni network is strong here which helps to bring companies for placement. So many new companies come for placement every year in BVM. Also many alumni come and take session regarding the placememt and company.

The college admission was done through the admission committe for professional courses. I haved done choice feeling online for the colleges and as per the merit rank I got the admission. The admission process in ACPC Gujarat is very easy as we can do it at our home by just filling the choices.

mostly all the faculty members are good but in Information Technology branch, college need experienced faculties. But most of the faculties are supportive and supports you to explore and do new things.
