Remarks
If u want to study u"ll find good environment and faculties too and you have also good scope for other extracurricular activities. Negative part is the library system is very bad in college, and they also don't provide internship to us. Need to improve much.
Course Curriculum Overview
Talking about my course, It is well equipped with such a great and experienced faculty who continuosly contributes for our betterment. The teaching pattern is nice but you will less get to work in practicals. The exam is taken as regular inteval as a viva, class tests, presentation and many more. A mid is conducted and a final term which will pass the student to next semester.
Placement Experience
Yeahh Actually my batch is the first ever batch of Agriculture in Sharda University so we don't know anything about the placement. And we are also not yet provided with any internship as i am in 3rd year. But they have a good placement and job opportunities in other branches as much as i know and heard.
College Events
Our college do organise different events and functions in college at a regular interval. but the major event is the "chorus" celebrated every year where many celebrities do come and entertain the crowd.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is not much feasible, they could have less fee for Agriculture atleast as it was their first batch. And the other courses too have expensive fee structure. So I don't think the fee structure is worth what they are providing.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes i have offered a scholarship of 20% in a year. That was given to me and my other three classmates. The scholarship is provided every year based on their academic records and attendance. Sometimes they do also provide scholarship of 40-60%.
Campus Life
The lab facilities in our course are not so good yet but they are making a new lab which will be ready in a month. The extracurricular activities are carried out in college. and you can participate in any of them. Sports day is also organised every year. But i haven't seen any sports event in last 2 years.
Alumni/Alumna
I am the most senior batch of Agriculture, so I don't have any seniors. Talking about other seniors they don't really care about anyone but they may be helpful if ask for. No alumni meet or event is organised in the college to motivate the other students or to honor them.
Admission
I gave an entrance exam assuming which I was qualified for admission in the college. Then i visited college where i was appeared in a interview, succeding which I paid the amount and got admitted in the college.
Faculty
The faculty is very nice, intelligent, experience and obviously very helpful. We have got the faculties from Icar and some of them are gold medalist. So get to have a high level of knowledge. Always motivates and help you in every situation.
