Remarks
The overall environment of the college is very good and happening but I personally felt a little discomfort because of the language barrier as everyone here use gujarati as their first language.Rest all the things about this institution are just next to best.
Course Curriculum Overview
As everyone know this is a very very long course and requires a lot of patience and determination.The curriculum is recently updated and it is helpful in reducing the burden on students as it now includes a lot of non academic activities like field visits and training sessions.
Placement Experience
As all the medical colleges we also have to work as an intern for a year and the stipend is also provided which is also adequate.Being a government run medical college we get a guaranteed job as a Doctor.
College Events
There are many extracurricular events and fests being held over the year.The best of which is BJ Beats, which is the annual festival hosted by the college where you enjoy the best you can out of your college life.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Even though the fees is increased this year only but it is minimal as in all government medical colleges and it just worth everything.It increased from earlier being six thousand per annum to twenty five thousand per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many governmental (state+central) schemes to provide scholarship which can be availed very easily with the help of the special section made in the college for this particular purpose.
Campus Life
The gender ratio is quite good as compared to other colleges and we don't find any type of discrimination on the basis of cast, creed, sex, race or economic status and participation of all the students in all the extracurricular activities is quite high.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors and the pass out students are always ready to help the juniors and the alumni is also quite supportive.The students do not involve themselves in any kind of ragging and related activities.
Admission
First of all, I always dreamed of becoming a Doctor and having lives so to fulfill my wish I choose this profession.I opted for science (biology) after 10th standard and prepared in Kota for medical entrance exam i.e.NEET for 2 years.
Faculty
One of the best things about this college is the intense dedication of the teachers towards the students in all the aspects be it clinical or non clinical subjects.We here get the best in class faculty of the country.
