The college according to me is Okay, not good, not bad. there are though ample opportunities during campus placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course and the curriculum are quite okay. The practical knowledge is a Lil shy though. It is relevant to the surrounding, the things we are taught are very relevant. Industrial visits were organised from time to time which really helped me and the other students a lot.
Placement Experience
We are getting a lot of opportunities in the final year . IT companies are flowing like anything .. Marketing companies are also coming frequently.
College Events
There are fests in college. There is planet engineering in which different events are organised by the students and games are played and celebrity nights are organised. Then there is srijan another fest in which different sports tournaments are organised by the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is semester wise. You can pay your fees after every semester for the upcoming semester. You can also pay your fees annually. My total fees were about 400000. There are no additional fees. The college does provide transparency in the fee breakdown.
Fees and Financial Aid
No i did not apply for any scholarship or loan. My father has been supporting me financially. There are ways though by which you can get tution fee wavier .
Campus Life
The campus life is quite cool and nice. With discipline, the priority every other co-curricular activities are done from time to time. Competitions and other different activities were organised from time to time. Labs are equipped with proper machines and other instruments.
Alumni/Alumna
There is very limited interaction with the seniors in my college. It is mainly because to avoid ragging if at all possible.
Admission
I got this college through JEE mains. I was interested in engines and machines so I opted for this course. The no. Of marks that I scored in jee were not very good and this college was the best I could get. You need to fill the mp counselling form and then opt for the particular college and course you wish to get into. Thereafter if you fulfil the requirements you get that particular college.
Faculty
Some of the teachers are really great and full of knowledge whereas some had a technique which was really difficult for me to understand. 7 lectures in a day from Monday to Saturday. Some of the subjects like IC engine and FELX and maths also were taught with full clarity.
