Remarks
Overall I'm very satisfied from my University. There is not much to criticize about. One thing though that I feel needs to be improved is the campus. There are few things like the sports ground, parking area and ongoing construction sites which need to be shred light on.
Course Curriculum Overview
Great course curriculum, based on practical applications the students get to learn the subject thoroughly. There needs to be a bit improvement on the research ground but the efforts are there and I'm sure it will reach great heights.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities are there for the students willing to take it. Due to huge competition in engineering sector, these opportunities are few and far between, still there are a lot of great companies coming to our college and internship program is good too.
College Events
There are many events taking place in our college over the course of the academic year. Technical events such as techfests, cultural events, sports events all take place atleast once in a semester. Huge number of students participate from our college and outside as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is affordable and feasible. For btech courses the tuition fees are nearly 50 thousands for a semester. For other courses too it is very affordable compared to other institutions offering same degrees.
Fees and Financial Aid
The mukhyamantri yuva swavilamban yojana (mysy) is a great opportunity for scholarship. The criteria to avail it is to get 7 cgpa or above and father's income tax return. It offers 80k per year which covers almost 50 percentage of the total expenses.
Campus Life
The laboratories in our University are very good with all equipments required and great lab technicians. In sports?, our college is one of the best in the city in all sports ranging from cricket, football, basketball etc.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors and alumni of our college are really helpful. There is no thing like junior seniors, we are great friends and they are always there to help us in anything when we ask for. Great network of friends.
Admission
I always wanted to study civil engineering, so I hoped to get admission in Indus University due to the good standard of teaching and training. Was very happy when I got to know I got admitted there. Today I'm very happy and satisfied.
Faculty
The faculty are very knowledgeable and always ready to share their knowledge. All are well qualified and show great interest in teaching. They try to make us good engineers and good humans. Grateful for their service.
