Overall the college is really good with a neatly maintained Lush Green campus, Infrastructure and Canteen. college encourages activities like SAE BAJA, Electric/Solar vehicle, Aerial vehicles (UAV), even Facilities like Automation and Robotics Club, ISTE, NSS, Charity related clubs, Blood donation. Conducts various workshops through Internal/External faculties and motivates students with the Encouragement and Support by the management
Course Curriculum Overview
The college is affiliated under the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka.Thus the syllabus is as prescribed by the University.So are the Examinations. However the college is NBA Accredited, giving opportunities for many other cocurricular activities. Every semester consisted of 8 subjects ( 6 theory and 2 practical ), and Seminar and Project in the final year (7th and 8th semester)
Placement Experience
Placement statistics are really strong in the college compared to the other colleges in the region.Most of the companies that visited the college were mostly IT/Software.Companies like LnT Infotech, Amazon Web services, ITC Infotech, VMware, Anglo Eastern Ship Management. college has tie up with an Online placement agency Cocubes.com wherein the students are conducted an online aptitude test and based on the results, Companies shortlist Candidates applications.I got selected in a Manufacturing Company ( since I'm from Mechanical Engineering) through the date Platform.
College Events
college conducts a National Level Technical Fest Tiara, there are various other fests like Freshers day, Cultural Fest during Dasara, and college day.There is participation from students across various colleges from the country. There are Separate fests for the MBA Grads.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For the services and hospitality offered, the fees is very feasible.If student joins via Entrance Tests like CET, then the fee structure is as per the norms of the State Government.My first year fees was around 61,000 INR and by the end of 4th year had come upto 66,000 INR per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
college offers Concession for students based on Meritorious performance, and people from Humble background.college gives concession in the fees based on the previous year Academics.Also there is a facility to pay fees in installments.
Campus Life
The college is very spacious in terms of Ground for various sports such as Basket ball, Football and other sports.There is absolutely no discrimination for any of the facilities.college conducts Sports day every year for all Categories.The gym facility, although for Hostelites is also being extended to Day Scholars
Alumni/Alumna
We do have connections with the Alumnis through the college web portal.People are always ready to help and some Alumnis come down to share their experiences, etc. Our seniors have supported in terms of Financials as well as knowledge during our fabrication of an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV).
Admission
The college is reputed in the Region for Mechanical and Computer Science and Engineering.I got admission throught CET which is the Common Entrance Test for Professional Courses ( PCM for Engineering, PCB for MBBS/B.Pharma ) based on the Ranking
Faculty
The facilities are very Approachable and the teaching is excellent.There college has MOU's with various institutions and many workshops are conducted for the overall development of both students and faculties.
