Nice environment with helpful staffs and qualified faculties

Our college is not having any good canteen where students can sit and enjoy their food. Many students come from a very far distance. They suffer from the availability of food. Due to the great distance from college, they are unable to get something from home.

The course is of 3 yrs but divided into semesters which are held in a gap of 6 months. It is not MCQ based rather we had to write answers on paper. The exam lab is well equipped. The course is hard as all other courses but the faculties help us with notes and all information which lowers our headache with what to read.

I am not aware of our college providing internships. I think for all the subjects the internship facility is not available. Our college on the other way gives good placement to students. It companies generally come for interviews.

Our college organizes college fest, college freshers welcome and many cultural programs during every festival. They involve participation from many students. Food stalls are organized.The function involves drama,dance,song,etc.

The fee structure is divided into many sections:- tuition fee, the electric bill, maintenance fee, the exam fee is included during exams. As the college is government sponsored and not a full-government college, the fees structure is a little high.

I have not yet opted for any loans but I am aware of the matter that the students whose family condition is not good can opt for consideration of monthly fees. In this case, the respective department pays half part of the fees.

Our college is free from ragging. Our union grp and our GS are very alert and aware of it. Our college has a little field where kabaddi, Kho-Kho, badminton can be played. Our college has a separate karate class. We are having a separate NCC building. Computer courses are even done.

The college is giving a hostel. The food is not so good as at every hostel. Facilities are so so and not very good. The facilities are not worth the price. The rooms are sharable. The fees for the rooms and the food are separate.

Senior students are not so friendly with juniors but the alumni are good. They make use ready with well-equiped notes and reference books. Our departmental library is also well equipped with books. We generally do not have to get referred to the central library.

I was selected based on my merit list. I want to go with biological science which made me choose botany. Botany does not only deals with plants but also has parts of different subjects. The combination facility in subject choice is very good for future help.

The faculty is adequate in number. They are highly qualified. They know how to make the subject interesting. They provide us with all the requirements like reference books, notes and they are always available when needed.
