My College

There should not be any bias, no cast, no creed, no religion. Every body shuold be treated equal. Even though the student is chairmen's own son, he should be under the same roof as others. And the rest is all good.

The course curriculum is all good but really needs to be improved. The university which the College belongs to, follows old technology and old books, they need to be improved. We have to be updated in all the syllabus. We study books that are far away from the present world. All they are basics we learn in the College.

Placements are very disappointed. Thses are only for the sake of College. Only to print a number in their upcoming pamphlet or websites. They are not useful to students. There are a few companies that are good but the rest are really worse. 40% is usefull and the rest 60% is really useless. Here also chairmen shows some partiality. And he always manages the companies to take people that he gives them. He always looks for his caste, creed. This is the main reason for less placements in the College. The talented will be set a side.

First of all, there students should have a idea about all these. There should be some awareness about all these events and cultures. At that piont of time we actually know them, and nobody told us. But there are students who don't know them, as nobody told them the importance. And it was all good what ever the events done. Generally we have a Freshers event, a Farewell, mean while we have fest every year. The students who organise are well known, but the other are very poor at the importance of these events.

Fee structure is all good but the College can even low their fee structure. Beacuse it is not that worth of education they provide to the fee they charge. It is a little bit high and needs to be lowered. Or the quality of education shuold be improved.

There is no scholarship give by College by its own to the students. They do provide scholarships only given by the government. But the College by its own, never gives such things. Because it is all about business, nobody wants to give money for free.

Extracurricular activities were good. But there shuold be some motivation from the College side as well. Students should be inspired from the faculty or the management, that they should give their support to students in these activities apart from the carriculum.

Yes this is a very big drawback. From the very first year to the last-but-one year there will be good interaction between jouiors and seniors. Even in the very last year the interaction will be good. But i have never seen an alumni in my College. I never thought there will be one. This is a good idea to interact with the passed out students. But i have never, ever seen it.

I dont think that College will have a seperate enterance exam. We have a common entrance exam to get an admission called EAMCET. If not we have to pay money and buy a seat and this is called MANAGEMENT SEAT. And the admission process is very easy because you will be given all the assistance and they treat you like GOD because your are one of the sources of income once you are in.

There are really good people who are passionate in teaching. And there are who really don't no what they are teaching. Good faculty are those who don't wanted their students to be practical and not to byheart. They wanted to teach their best. There are faculty who are close to the chairmen but don't know how to teach, such faculty should not be encouraged. No bias in this beacuse it is the future of a student and is not a buainess.
