Engineering College

Not that I remember. But some of the teachers are strict like they do not have comfortable with us like they can talk to us friendly but they are aged and they won't. Thats something I have seen in foreign countries which I think is best for the students.

I'm a first-year student so we haven't got branch entry exactly. But as I asked the seniors they say that curriculum is good in a way that prepares you for the difficulties not just for a single exam. Exam structure except for time table everything is good. Question paper settings are upto mark and obviously not easy in terms of difficulties.

Yes but I'm in my first year only so I don't know much but a senior told me it is very good and depends upon your own skills but the company that comes to placement are of top reputation. Also College provides fund help if you have a startup company or a plan that worth it.

We have 3 main fests one being maitri which is a technical fest and celebrated moderately comparatively other Kannada kalara which is from students not of College management which shows the importance of the language and last one is Sanskriti which is cultural fest the biggest one. Other than these there are branch fest of all the branches which technical fest and organized by respective branches which arrange fun events which technically gives us the idea of each branch and their knowledge.

It is feasible. Through kcet I paid 46000 including the uniform and etc. Through comedk it is 150000 total depends on the ranking. Management is expensive. Also to take notes those are expensive. For re-exams and make-up exams it's 1200 per credit and for revaluation 500rs and 500rs for photocopy which will not be returned which is expensive.

Extracurricular activities are conducted almost every day of the week. Every Saturday from 11 to 1 we have to do extracurricular activities. And there are a few student groups like ncc and kannada mitra balaga. Sports are conducted by the sports club and us get the chance to participate which is good to expose your talent.

I don't know about hostels. But the rent for a hostel is 65000rs per year which doesn't worth. Hostel is ok but not that great as I heard. But PG is better cause the food will be good. And average rent is 5000rs

The Alumni network is a very good cause for a program they call the alumni to talk about the College which is very helpful and seniors are helping a lot like placement ideas or scholarship plans. Alumni said that it does not only study but also learning.

I got in through kcet by applying to this College. Then paid the prescribed fees and got in. I had the required ranking for the particular branch in engineering so the administration process was easy.

The faculty is very good. No question for them. They are just great. Their teaching method may differ but ultimately the goal is the same. Also they placement training from the first year only. They teach us the basics first like attitude, confidence, the importance of setting a SMART goal etc.
