Entrance Preview
I cleared the IPUCET in the 2014 with a rank of 14970. I chose this course because i am interested in the computer science and marketing.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is really good. The faculty teachers are also very responsible and frank with the students.
Internships Opportunities
I have done an internship in my 1st year. I worked as a content writer and marketer for the www.gamesgain.com .It was an awesome experience.But in my college there are few opportunities for the internship.I think it would be better if you find internship on your own.
Placement Experience
According to the seniors of 4th year the placements are very good and the students are earning very good.So i think there are good job opportunities in my college.
College Events
Many festivals are celebrated in my college like diwali celebration,independence day celebration, guru nanak birthday celebration and more.
Fee Structure And Facilities
There are no hostels and mess in my college.It seems to me that the fees of my college is high because they take the whole year fees once( both semester fees included).it would be better if they start taking the semester fees.So it become easier for many students to arrange the fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
I think the scholarships which are available in my college are nest scholarships and ews scheme scholarships which is provided by the ip university.The loan schemes are same as outside banks gives the education loans for the students.I think it would be better if college give the loans on zero interests for the students who are not eligible to pay their academic fees due to their family condition.
Campus Life
The campus life is good and the seniors are supportive and frank.the extracurricular activities are nearly to zero as the infrastructure of the college is small so no playgrounds in our college.The labs are only good but i think most of the students are not satisfied with the labs as many computers in the designing,internet,computer graphics,matlab labs are out of service and the rest computers which work are in very old condition(with crt screen,1 gb ram, pentium 4 and with windows xp).I think they should order new pc's for the students with good configuration, so that we can work better.
Alumni/Alumna
I think the alumni's network is good.Senior students are supportive and some seniors really give the correct guideline to juniors for their future.
