Placements and job opportunities are little liquidity for our college because only they can only concentrate on programming knowledge, kindly give to all learning programs like GATE. Placements company came only velammal engineering college but we are travel from velammal institute of technology to VEC.
College Events
Yearly once we conduct our department wise symposium and 2 years once conducting sports day and annual day, semester once conducting seminar classes by another college staff. Range of activities low compared with another college.

Campus Life
Only hockey and cricket are the good importance to our college, another all indoor games are not well because they have no indoor stadium inside the college, if you won't play in the indoor stadium we will go to the near school of our branch.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is very good like well food, maintenance is very good, when we studied at the time Mobile phones strictly prohibited but now allowed. Arrangements of outings and hospital facilities are there.

I am a lateral entry to join my college in 2015 through counseling, my college is affiliated with Anna University. Mostly they ask above 80% in diploma. Counselling conducted by alagappa chettiyaar college karaikudi on every year may month.
Faculty
Very good attitude and humble, experienced faculties are there and give extra knowledge about our future technology and growing programs. Few faculty members are a little bit rough and irrespective. But overall good organizational people are working there.
