Remarks
The college has a very friendly environment. Our department lectures are very kind and helpful and we don't hesitate to share our personal problems with them. Each student has a lecturer as a mentor. Every week student has to approach the mentor. This actually keeps the student healthy in both physical and mental teams.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good.Students get a chance to explore new things.And the lab facilities and equipments are well maintained.The lectures are v friendly.It never felt hectic.Everyone can balance their academic life and their personal life well.
Placement Experience
There are lot of placement job opportunities.This year around 10-15 companies had come to our college.There are still many more companies to come in the 8th sem.Companies like iwave technologies, global edge, codecraft, codillar etc.
College Events
We had technical events as well as cultural events on nov 1st.It was named as alitus.Many departments organised various technical events which included their course topics, like quiz and techcharades.Management festival is organised in the month of February.During special occasions like karnataka rajyotsava students get a chance to showcase their talents.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible.There are 2 quotas management and cet quota as well as merit quota.The fee structures are different for the 3 quotas.Students who are not able to pay the fee can take student loan which will be deducted from the students salary once the student starts earning
Fees and Financial Aid
My college doesn't provide scholarship facility as of now.But students are allowed to take loan to pay their college fee in case they are unable to pay it.I haven't availed student loan from the year of joining till now.
Campus Life
There are many extracurricular activities and intra-college events organised by our college.Extra curricular activities like singing, dancing, paper craft, designing circuits, techcharades, technical quiz, pick and speak etc.There is no discrimination against caste, sex or status.Any one can participate based on the criteria.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are in touch with the juniors to support them in academics and also to give them a idea about the placement opportunities.They hv come to our college and given us small talks on how to boost our marks and also about how to crack the interviews.They also Given us information about the various government jobs that our course holds good.
Admission
I got admission through CET and SNQ quota.I was interested in electronics so i applied in CET first round for 3 colleges with Srinivas as the top priority one.Wen i got the results of the first round i got Srinivas college for a fee structure of less amount due to the merit list.And that made me join electronics and communication.
Faculty
The faculties are very friendly and well qualified.They hv good communication skills which makes us easily understand the subject.They actually work hard to make us understand the topics.They don't teach us just for the sake of scoring marks but also to boost our knowledge.
