College life

Faculties, Scholarship fees for economical backwards students is great and positive side of college. and also fees structure is very reasonable. Where as extra curricular activities is draw back of college. to develop a good student they should include some more activities.

Course covers all the topics which commerce students needs to understand.Till 2013 the exam pattern was annually.There was one MCQ type exam for 30 marks and one final subjective exam of 70 Marks.They combined both exams mark for final result.

Till 2013 there was no facility of placements in Commerce faculty.but after that University taken intiative and called up many companies for campus selection.I don't know about internship in our college.

Annual function, Freshers welcome party, Ratri before Navratri.Every year politicians of college gives the welcome party to new students.They arrange DJ and cultural activities for them.Annual function set up at the few months back before last year's exam.Ratri before Navratri is set up before the one day of starting of Gujarat's favourite and very popular festival Navratri.

Fees structure is reasonable if we compare to private schools.For girls its very affordable and negligible fees structure.As MS University is semi government and partly owned and managed by government.

There is scholarship for economic backward students.Students gets full fees refund after background verification by staff.But first student has to submit the fees by there own and then they have to wait for the back ground verification.

There is not much amount extra curricular activities.I taken NCC which is free of cost.Every Sunday they call the NCC students for thr physical activities like running, excercise as well as shooting.Gym facility is also available in reasonable rates.

I used to stay with my relatives.So I have not used hostel facility but i have enquired about it and it was 3000 at that time.plus there is a facility of Mess in which students can have lunch and dinner.

I was not in touch with the senior students.There was 2,3 scenarios in which i taken suggestions from them like exam patterns and faculties of college.Usually we used to do group study and if require then we asked senior students for help.

First of all I filled up a admission form.Then i submitted the filled up form with supporting documents like previous year marksheet and all.Then they call according to merit list for the admission process.It takes whole day to complete all the process and on the same day we have to submit tution fees as well.

Faculty is very knowledgeable.Faculty who teaches Economics is also associated with Vadodara Stock Exchange and he has very deep knowledge of Economics.Other faculties are also very supportive in nature.
