Remarks
My college is a good college in terms of education environment and legecy. seniors are very helpful generally. But the only negative of my college is its location. GORAKHPUR being a small city not many companies come for campus placement as there are not good connectivity of flight's and our college is the only good college in the city.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure in my college is good and culture for gov PSU and GATE is very high in my college.The alumni of my college are at high position in different organizations and government departments.
Placement Experience
Placement scene in my college is not so good.Only few companies like Tata consultancy services, Wipro technologies are regular recruiters and they are IT companies.for students of civil engineering mechanical engineering electrical engineering and electronics and communication engineering very few companies visit.No internship is provided I my college.
College Events
There are many events organised in my college.Technical first-- every year a tech fest is organised by members of SAE INDIA and IEEE SOCIETY. CULTURE EVENT Abivyakti is the culture fest organised every year in my college Udgaar is the literary fest organised in my college
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of my college was very feasible when I used to study but now it has increased many fold.The tution fees for semester is 50 k and hostel fee is 20 k for semester mess charges extra
Fees and Financial Aid
No specific loan facility is offered in my college.As far as scholarship is concerned there are fee waiver seats for grab in my college 10 % seats in every branch is for fee waiver scheme in which no tution fee is charged from student whose family income is below 4.5 lakh.These are scheme of gov so these are allotted at the time of counselling.
Campus Life
Culture for engagement I extra curricular is good in my college.It has a football ground, hockey ground, basketball court and facilities for indoor sports like badminton table tennis chess.Gender ratio is around 3:1 in my college of boys and girls in my college.
Alumni/Alumna
One of the most beautiful thing about my college is the alumni network and bonding between the malviyans( we call students of over college as malviyans).Alumni are ready to help u in every possible way starting for guiding u for career to forwarding your CV.Even providing u stay and food at their place
Admission
There used to be a entrance exam called upseee.I got a rank and then there is a counseling process through which you need to fill your preference for college who are under UPTU.Then u are allotted a college according to your rank and preference.
Faculty
Faculty in few courses are very good but not in all.Some of the faculty are very boaring and they don't even make efforts to improve themselves.But some of the teachers are world class.Now there are some new appointment so I can't tell much about them
