Remarks

College freedom was the best talking point we had no dress code, except we should not wear tee's. no proper hair do. On the negativity the college freedom made it difficult to adapt to a work culture environment.

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

Course Structure is loosely based on anna university and it has no emphasis on research.exams and lab were managed with them being scheduled properly to give us a breather.most probably on exam day we would have half working days.

Placement Experience

0.5

No placements and job call.college doesn't find us internships we on our own accord have to do it.most of all the placement cell we had just gave us opportunity that we could easily get if just ask job in those companies.such as sales executive job.

College Events

1.5

We would have technical symposium for each of our department with junk modeling, water rocket building, program debugging, designing component, paper presentation. And for each of our native festival we would have a celebration.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Capitation fee-73000 Books-5000 Transport-21000 Mess fee-12000 Hostel-50000 Totally-1,07,000 mostly this would be the fee structure now it has been reduced significantly for allowing more people to opt our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loan were arranged by the college with 13.25% of interest. It was hectic amount for us.Governments scholarship was available for students who have passed the exams and that amounts to 22000 only.but they told us about other scholarship outside.

Campus Life

2

Gender ratio is less with 3:1 ratio because women don't prefer engineering.students and dorm parties are forbidden in our campus.cultural diversity is less as our college comprises of students from Tamil Nadu alone so we didn't have sort of interaction other than our kind.

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel was not good it had rat infestation, water would be berittled with sediment and drinking it would bring you throat infection.on infrastructure part it's very poor.and room have to be shared with 5 members minimum. It cost same as something would cost outside.

Alumni/Alumna

I had good comments before me getting into the college with some even went to the extent of helping me with the admission and made sure i had their course material for studying it was good to see them.

Admission

Probably near my house and in its close vicinity it had lots of IT companies and Vestas.so I opted in hope of getting job easily. In particular the management's smooth talking made me choose the college Even though i had many options.

Faculty

2

Not really qualified.all were m.e students taking classes for b.e.They would come talk sometime about the subject and most of the time about irrelevant stuff and vile away the time.In college we studied with our own understanding.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.
