My college journey

It's a great college. Proud to say the name. Hope the development continues. For mechanical students, there is a good platform where they can build vehicles and take them to many national and international competitions. It was 3 years then. I guess they continued the spirit and support.

Curriculum is being maintained up to date so that students get more advantage at placements through learning cutting edge technologies.Still it is college, a variety of students hence a variety of interests.Also industry needs are innumerable.Every interest and every concept is important.So it is made optimum to satisfy all.It will be having all core concepts meant for detailed underatanding as well as subjects which give exposure to the upcoming and trendy technologies.Also a good balance for theory and practice can be seen.Innovations and research are bing always supported by the faculty.But one should not expect to get everything with in.There will be many ways for success and some will be shown.One needs to travel and explore more.

Good in placements.Most of them are software companies.I was placed in TCS which was the first one in 2016.If I am not wrong, a total of around 360 were selected in TCS at that time.There are many other companies, details can be found in official website.I am not aware of any internships.

Starting with fresher day there will be 3 to 4 cultural events every year.Also there will be some workshops (differ based on branch).Anniversary includes many cultural and technical events.Students from many near by colleges participate in that.It will usually be for 2-3 days.

I heard it is now more than 1L.Hostel fee is separate (which was below 50K at that time).Please check official website for current fee structure.AP government's fee reimbursement helps a bit.Also college provides merit scholarships.(Of 10K at that time).

I got full fee reimbursement.Thanks to then AP government (2012-2016).college gives a merit scholarship (then it was 10-20K) for a limited number of students who don't get a full fee reimbursement.

There were a dozen cultural groups which are active.Also many other technical.As known, CSE and ECE were rich with a girl boy ratio (maybe greater than 1 ).I experienced diversity in all race, religion, economic and locality.

Yes, seniors are always helpful.Only thing is we get to know their value after they left college.Haha. college maintains alumni, which is strengthening the network year by year.Every year there will be an alumni meet.Experiences shared by seniors are really helpful and made it easy for us when we completed our 4 years.

One needs to qualify EAMCET (engineering) after completing their +2 or equivalent.Then it is required to opt one or more courses available in the college through counselling process.Based on your state rank and other reservations you may get an admission.One can easily surf in internet for details about colleges in AP and cutoff ranks for each category in previous years.The other way is through management quota.You can contact college adminstration for more details.

Many specialisied and qualified faculty are available.They are much interested to teach.They maintain a healthy environment for continuous learning.There are many experienced faculty who are teaching the subjects for over 10-20 years and even more.
