Truthful college overview

The college has less fee structure as compared to other colleges but the teaching patterns, co curricular and extra curricular activities, etc are very unsatisfactory being a student and the faculty is not good.

The college is affiliated to A.K.T.U.So the exam structure and course is as per the university.But the course which we were being taught is totally outdated.Thr university exam pattern is very bad as they focus only on theory and no practical knowledge.The labs were scheduled thrice a week but none of the labs are useful as we were taught nothing in those labs.There was no one to guide us regarding any practical implementations.

Placements are only for CS branch and that too in small startups.The placement department of RKGIT is nevertheless interested in Calling any good company as they didn't want to spend more money.They only called small startups for which they had to pay less and showed maximum placement.The students are given no trainings regarding any placement drives.

Cultural fest including dancing, singing and drama.Technical fests including robotics, hackathons, some quizes, sometimes programming competition and some debate competition.The fests are conducted once every year.

Fee structure is not expensive but its not very less.The main thing is that they keep on increasing fees every year.So while you join the college the fees may seem low but till you finish your graduation it will go high but it id definitely less than many other colleges of AKTU and other universities.But the facilities are also not upto the mark.

There is no loan or scholarship facility provided by the college but you can apply for uttar Pradesh scholarship scheme if your income is below some criteria.That scholarship is provided by the uttar Pradesh government.The college doesn't provide any financial help to any student.

The labse are not at all good.The instruments in the labs are all very old or damaged.There are no faculty to give any lab knowledge.The lab lectures are completely wasted.The sports include basketball especially and cricket for boys.Other all sports are not given importance as there is no facility for it.Activities are the fests which are conducted.

I opted hostel facility.The hostels are moderate.There is no balcony in girls hostels.The food is good in semester starting but keeps on degrading with time.The wardens keeps on changing very frequently and the wardens are not at all friendly.There is no means of entertainment in the hostels.The games room is always locked.The washrooms are indian only and sometimes clean sometimes dirty depending upon the people living.

There is no network for alumni students.There held one alumni gathering which I saw when I was in the college in which 4 to 5 batches were called.There is not platform for any of graduated student to interact with any of the faculty.You can do this only on personal basis.

I got admission through an entrance exam in which I was selected according to my rank and my preference.I was asked to select colleges according to my preference and my rank was according to that and seat was vaccant till my rank, So I was been allotted this college.

The time when I passed my college, the faculty was not at all satisfactory.They had very little knowledge of the subjects they were teaching.They paid no attention towards any new technologies or towards students growth.
