There are more positive Reviews for our College than the Negative Reviews. Food in Hostel is major weakness Timely fund alocation for the functions are lacking More Number of Malayali Students Completely peaceful Campus Eco friendly Campus

Course Curriculum Overview

Our Course Curriculum was excellent which has clear cut design for the Knowledge. Easily Definable Syllabus for the course. All semesters includes Allied Papers which mainly focused on Knowledge Gaining.

Placement Experience

More Number of Placements. Placement Training is not appreciatable. Internship for Corses are not provided and are restricted to some courses. Placements are excellent. More Number of Companies are visiting. Salary packages of the companies are pretty good

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. The fees structure is around 30,000/- per annum. There was no extra charging inbetween the Semesters except the Exam Fees. The Payment of fees is Completely Digitalized. No corruption can be take place

Fees and Financial Aid

Not Opted for any Scholarships. But there are many Scholarships for PG's. Scholarship is available on many catagory. Loan Facility is given for all students based on their interest. But not all students are eligible for Scholarship and Loan.

Campus Life

One of the best labs in Coimbatore. Gender Ratio Looks very Good Comparitively more girls are there. Regular Conduction of Student Workshops and Cultural Society unions. Our College NSS is doing excellent in Social Services. No Discrimination for caste, ethinicity, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Economic Status and Seniority.

Hostel Facilities

No I have not opted for Hostel. But I know the Details. Hostel fees which include accomodation, food, doby costs around 52,000/- per year. Hostel Rooms are not so good but adjustable. Food quality and taste is sometimes bad.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini Meeting are held regular basis. They are invited and got Reviews from them to improve the College alumi are given high priority in staff slelction and the will get some merit based reduction in fees

Admission

Merit. It was nothing but the merit. But also for some course there was first come first serve basis. No entrance examinations or Interviews for admission process. Also there are some chances for getting merit seats for Sports.

Faculty

Our faculties are highly experienced in the field. The facilities are minimum 5 years experienced and all the Professors and Assistan Professors had got Doctrate in the Field. Enough number of staffs are available. There is no staff lacking

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

Don't judge people by how nicely they act

I chose this college because my seniors referred to it, as they will be getting 10 k for a pg student and 5k for a ug student. I didn't knew much about this college while i came here. And the admission process was too long.. Literally i have to submit everything, they even asked about stamps, and stamp size photos during that time and after each sem they are asking the same and i felt that to disturbing!
