This is a well-known college. I love my college and I respect my teachers. This is a well-known college. I love my college and I respect my teachers. This is a well-known college. I love my college and I respect my teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course is sometimes instruments based and we students aren't provided with all the facilities by the college which we need for the course. It needs such experienced, qualified and good faculties The exam structure is CBCS(choice based credit system) based. But when it comes to making choices, students have no right to choose what they want to study rather I can say that the college chooses that.

Placement Experience

1

Here In this college, students are taught the honors courses by the faculties. This is not an engineering or technology-based college. So no companies come to this college. So there are no internships and no opportunity for placements.

College Events

2.5

Our college celebrates all the cultural events. Here is the list: 1. republic day 2. birthday of Netaji 3. Saraswati puja 4. holi 5. birthday of Gandhiji 6. independence day 7. Teacher day 8. annual function 9. annual sports

Fee Structure And Facilities

In the first year of my course, I paid 15000 rupees. , in the second year I paid almost 13000 rupees, and in the 3rd year, I'll have to pay almost 15000 less or more. Though it is an undertaking of government college, the fees are really high for the middle class and lower class students.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't receive any type of scholarship or loan facility offered by my college. I didn't receive any type of scholarship or loan facility offered by my college. I didn't receive any type of scholarship or loan facility offered by my college.

Campus Life

2.5

This is a women's college. There are no gender ratios. There is no student party. The mentioned things do not happen in the college except for the workshops. Many workshops take place in the college which are helpful to the students.

Admission

I filled up the form for the course and paid the form fee, then I made online payment of the admission fees, then I waited for the merit list and then after seeing my name in the merit list I went to the college with all the original documents as well as the xerox ones. I went through all the official procedures and submitted all the docs and then I was admitted to the college.

Faculty

2.5

There's a huge lack of qualified and experienced faculties in each department. Some of them, sometimes ignore the theory part for teaching which contains more marks and they focus on the practical part which is also important but contains lesser marks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography, the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate, which helps in consistent preparation, however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning, and modern teaching methods

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.
