My 4 years in college

The course can be updated on regular intervals. So that we dont lag much with current technology. More feild trios and practical classes for students. Affordable workshops to enhance our understanding. A uniform can be good option to bring uniformity and sense of togetherness among students.

The course is more theoretical than practical. We had feild visit for more knowledge. We used to semester pattern for exam. And two internal exams were held in 1 semester apart from main semester exam.

Our college has a placement opportunities in goa. Almost all IT companies like Infosys, wipro, persistant, tcs, ibm came for placements. Also core companies lije seimens, godrej, shipyard limited came for recruitment. Our college not provide intership. We on our had to do intership and mostly without any stipend.

We had a variety of event in college. The main event of our college is TANDAV in which all the branches showcase rhe talent in branch. It is a very vig event. Extended upto 4 days. We also have separate tech event for each branch like nirvana, thunder, machos etc. We also have a intercollege event HAPPENINGS were different college across goa participate.

The fee structure is very much feasible. Min is 13k max it goes to 23k per semester. If you have scholarship then tution fees is waived. Also top 3 student in entrance exam do not have to pay tuition fees.

Yes our college provide scholarship to scholars depending upon marks in entrance exam. The first 3 student who opt for branch were waived off of tution fees. For student with low income background were given 30% or 50% waiver. Then intetest free loan scheme was also available in the college.

The labs of each branch are fully equipped. On daily basis we used to have kab session. Then used to have subject related workshop but they were usually paid. Gender ratio varied from branch to branch, in mech there were more boys in IT there were more girls, in E & E the ratio was balanced. We had student society for photography. Our college was intolerant toward any kind of ragging abd discrimination. every branch had a active board of student to handle any kind of issue in branch. We used to have sports meet and intercollege sport competition.

No i din opt for hostel as my house was near by. I have been to hostel. Great security at night. Mess food was also oh kk. Rooms and common bathrooms were kept clean and hygienic. Room had a cupbord for clothes and study table and a bed. Some were single room and sone were double sharing rooms.

The college alumni were really help full and welcoming. The alumni used to come as guest lecturers in college and used to share their after college experience. Guide us on how to choose our path after college. Our seniors were very help ful and welcoming. My first interaction with them was in feild trip. They organised it. We learnt a lot management skills from them.

One of the prestigious College in goa with good placement and campus. First entrance exam and after result we were given ranking based on marks and then depending on marks and interest the admission is given.

One of best faculty in goa. Teachers with high intellect and good teaching skill. Most of them were allumni of the college. College also provided special faculty for more understanding of the subjects.
