In an academic manner, CMS Jain University is good but the college doesn't have any sort of playground or any sports. It only has a gym. It has good placements and offers internships at the same time.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is all about how to manage a business. And the exam structure is just like our 10th and 12th board exams. You will be having study materials in LMS which will be uploaded by the management from time to time and we study from that.
Placement Experience
CMS Jain University offers good placements and it's depending on the capability of the student. There are good companies like Amazon, Swiggy, Zomato, Tommie Hilfiger, Goldman Sachs, Ey etc. But they take very less students, unlike BTech colleges.
College Events
CMS Jain University hosts one of the best college fests across Bangalore. Its name is Lasya. And the college's like st Joseph's, Christ, MCC, Jain Jayanagar etc participates in the fest it hosts both cultural and management fest. And the management fest name is the threshold.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For my batch ie 2017-2020, they charged 1,85,000 in 1st year and 1,75,000 in 2 nd and 3rd years. The fee structure changes every year. Our seniors paid less than us and our juniors are paying more than us.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have a friend who is studying at CMS Jain University through a bank loan. And it offers a scholarship for those who have more than 90% in board exams of 12th. We got a discount of 25000 in our 1 st year.
Campus Life
CMS Jain University has many clubs like toastmasters international. start-up club. cultural team. management fest team. And it has tie-ups with foreign universities like a charted institute of marketing in the UK. And other courses like Fchfp, IOC, entrepreneurship, human resource management, family managed business.
Alumni/Alumna
If the student is an active participant in any of the college clubs he or she will have a very good relationship with seniors or aluminizes. In clubs like toastmasters international where the students deliver speeches in front of hundreds of students to make them comfortable to speak on the stage.
Admission
Heard from relatives that this is a good College. I got admission through the JET entrance test. After the exam, they have shortlisted a few students for group discussion and then for an interview. I have cleared everything and got admission.
Faculty
The faculty is pretty good and of course, it's common in any educational institutions that few teachers are just awesome and few are not great. This depends on capability. Few teachers don't have doctorates and teach very well and few teachers are bad in spite of having doctorates.
