Remarks

Best college in twin Cities and the college works independent ( autonomous). Eco friendly campus with high security and moral principles in the college. Faculty are very good in teaching and well behaved with each other.

Course Curriculum Overview

Every student should satisfy the requirement of 75% attendance to appear for the Internal Assessment and Semester End examination. Attendance includes theory classes, praticals and tests. The College has adopted the Choice Based Credit System.

I haven't experienced because I am 1 st year student but I know that total there are 40 companies as my senior told me. And our college provides internship of six months and our college as placements and jobs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of Bhavans is very expensive and it is cost to get degree in Bhavans. But the faculty is very good in teaching and shaping our careers in good way. As the college is Autonomous so it is ok to be expensive.

As the college provides scholarship for merits who are at above 85% in academic and the college also provides scholarship for economic background people and minorities in college. So basically the college is good at everyone.

Basically I am good at Account's and I want be Charter Accountant and Bhavans is the best at commerce, science and humanities. I am very interested at Account's. And my siblings who are graduated by studying that recommended me.

Harsh reality of a college student

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college promises for big companies but there very few companies came with not a satisfactory salary package.As it only offers with an average salary or 350000. And they do not tell how to present ourself for placement interview.

5 th semester students are eligible for the placements. And in the 3 rd and 4 th semester our college conducts some placement related activities,by those we were able to crack placements in the top companies like TCS, HCL, Infosys etc.Most of the students are placed in campus only.

The companies visited college for placements are EY, Deloitte, ADP, Sutherland, Accenture, sagility, JP Morgan organ, Genpact ect. Companies minimise package offered to the students is 2LPA and maximum about 5-6LPAm. The students getting placements is above 65% but placements are given on the basis on everything including the performance in interview process etc. Some Students are planning do there higher education in states and other are planning to to jobs .

I chose Bcom Honours to get ready for the future employment and training .I spoke to a career counselor who advised this course to me The curriculum prepares me very well as it contains every part of management which is done in employment. The teaching method can be changed alot ,but the course curriculum can be made more practical as similar to the workplace. The timing and frequency of exams is good ,every semester exam comes in 4-6 months

Life at Bhavans as a student

I did not apply to anyother college, I wanted to apply in bhavans since I had my sisters who had passed out from there and it was great review from them. I was not rejected from any college yet since grades were good. The admission process is simple, not complicated. You have to go to the college with your inter and 10th documents and apply on spot.
