Remarks

Positive remarks The college is situated in a very nice place apart from the city crowd which makes it a very peaceful place for all sorts of activities Negative remarks Various parts of the college are under expansion and renovation which is not aesthetic but essential in sustaining the college

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure is extremely good in regards to all aspects As we are affiliated to VTU University,we follow all the guidelines that are essential in all aspects. The exam structure basically consists of three internals and one externals. These contain both lab as well as theory papers. We have a concept called case study and innovative which really helps us to broaden our scope of the subject and it's applications

Placement Experience

5

The placement and job opportunities are absolutely brilliant compared to most other tier two colleges We get job offers from many esteemed companies The more famous ones include Amazon,Dell, sap labs etc The average stipend is around 6 lakhs per annum and some highly talented students can obtain upto 20-21 lakhs package

College Events

4.5

We have many events across the college We have a technical fest for each department and a overall main technical fest. Every even semester we have a event called utasha which is huge cultural fest where people from all good colleges from Bangalore take part in it They are very huge fests accommodating people from various colleges And the participation of all students makes it very competitive.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is based on the type of seat a student holds The three main types are 1. Merit seat 2. General/Management seat People in merit seat are students who got placed in this college based on thier rank So students coming from CET have a rough fees around 65 thousand per year And students coming from comed k have around 2lakh per year Management seats are costly and is variable from person to person

Fees and Financial Aid

The college has a lot of scholarships for various set of people The department head notifies students regarding this Students who excel in sports have a sports scholarship Students belonging to lower classes have beneficiary scholarships

Campus Life

3.5

The gender ratio in college is pretty consistent and equal in almost every department except mechanical which has huge number of boys compared to girls Student parties that happen are very unofficial ones and Management isn't responsible for any of them Many workshops about various topics are continuously held along the semester and most of this workshops have a full set of audience Our college is tolerant towards every gender, Ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status and doesnt discriminate among them.

Alumni/Alumna

We have alumni meet at the beginning of every semester Where we interact with our seniors about various things related to both college and life They impart thier knowledge based on experience in thier respective fields which really helps us in making the right decisions

Admission

Based on the rank that we scored in the entrance tests we get to choose our colleges. Each of us select the respective course we are interested in and short list the colleges as well as the course. Then we enter all our options in an online government page which would provide seats for us in three rounds. People with better rank have the option of getting whatever course they want.

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college is extremely well versed in regards to each and every subject they are teaching. Few teachers in each department hold a P. hd in that particular field of interest Every other teacher have thier respective Masters and graduate degree in that particular course Teachers are very friendly and put in a lot of effort to improve the students understanding of the subject
