IIT JEE 240 i was searching for main stream branch in IIT, Civil or Electrical. I was not getting in older IITies. I opted electrical which i wanted to pursue and finally the facilities were vary good as someone advise me and finally its IIT the life is always awesome.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is very well maintained as i had all the electrical engineering course with Humanities as economics, environmental scienceswhich are very necessary in the today's inter-related scenario. The theory courses are well covered with lab experiments with high quality instruments and guides and in 7th semester students are free to choose 6-8 months internship which are the bed rock for placements.
Internships Opportunities
Yeah, It depends on professor's choice and availability of seats. Many students come for summer internships and pursue their career in IIT.

The Placements scenario increasing as years are passing. Students are getting high salary packages from different internationally recognized companies as Google, Amazon, Flip kart, Snap deal, and many other companies. I was an awesome life with brillent students from all over the country and great life span to deal with every kind of situation, to participate in events and social works and good friends. Gender ratio is comparatively low but the diversity is being maintained in good sense.
