Remarks

Our college had a very small campus. The canteen facility wasn't so great. Overall it was a good 4 year experience at this college you get time for the things you want to do and you get a very healthy support from teachers and all if you need any help.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The branch which I opted for had a very good course structure that included various electical core subjects and abd in the first year we had subjects of other branches too. Our exam structure included a Mid-semester examination and a End-semester examination.

Placement Experience

4

Electrical branch is a core branch and our college had a very good training and placement cell which helped us to have many opportunities for placements. Our college didn't provide any internships but we had a chances to opt for a vocational training during our 3rd and 4th year.

College Events

4

Our college celebrated every possible occasion be it republic Day or women's day. Our college had many clubs that would organise many events throughout the year during various occasions. Our college was in Gujarat so the best part of all was navratri was organized every year for a day so that all can meet and enjoy the night. Our annual tech-fest happens during the starting of the year say February or march. Many technical and Non-technical events are organised during our annual tech-fest as well as during the whole year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure at when i got admission was 1,11,000 for a year which included tution fee, exam fee etc. Fee structure is revised every year at our college. You can pay fees Sem-wise which would be half of the total amount. The hostel fees was about 18,000(now increased) The mess fees was 1700 per month(also increased)

Fees and Financial Aid

Non that I have idea of, but our college provided a tution fee waiver scheme for students having good merit. This scheme included a very nominal fees and was awarded to only 3 students per class of a branch.

Campus Life

3

There were many extra curricular as well as co-curricural activities orgainsed so that students would know about what it is like after college. Many expert talk and workshops were orgainsed round the year by many clubs in the college that included various topics related core fields as well as non-core. Labs had excellent facilities for students to learn and to explore. Sports activities were also carried out which included cricket, basketball, football, table tennis, badminton,chess,kho-kho, kabbadi etc

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors were very helpful during intial satges. We have a alumni Association that helos you interact with your seniors and there is a occasional meet up for the alumims which have passes out from our college.

Admission

I had many options but the best college I was able to get in according to my marks and according to thr branch I wanted was this. My admission was through mangement quota. This quota doesn't require any extra fees rather than the normal fees, some seats are reserved for this quota. Therr is a merit list made according to your marks and the there is a following admission process. Thr only thing getting admission through this quota was for the first year you have to pay the fees together for the whole year. This is only for the first year then you can pay the fees sem- wise

Faculty

4.5

Our college had great faculties. Some of our professors had a masters degree while the other had a PHD degree. Some of our professors were also pursuing there PHD's while continuing to serve as a professor at our college.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.
