About the college

The management as to our views they just want money from the students as more as possible. They does not support extra curricular activities. Students have to do on their own. But they supports the studies very well. They provided a good library and campus full wifi.

Semester wise examination. Each semester contains 6 months including the classes,exams and vacation. Each semester contains 6 theory subjects plus 2 or 3 laboratories. For the final year, the first semester (7th sem) contains 5 theory papers and 2 laboratories plus projects and intetnship courses and for the 2nd semester (8th sem) contains 3 theory subjects plus project and internship courses.

Companies that comes in the campus are mainly from the IT sectors and some others service exicutive fields and all. Other branch students are hardly getting their core jobs. But still some are interested in joining IT fields and are opting to take the job. Internship programs are not held in the college. Students have to find the companies where they can perform internship courses from their own since it is mandatory for the final year students to perform the internship as per the university.

The main attraction of the college is the yearly annual day celebration done at the months of march or april named calipso. That's the only grand fest conducted by the college. But still onam celebrations are carried out in the college when some mallu students take responsibilities. And also kannada rajolsava and sports are conducted. Certain fests are also conducted under respective departments.

For private seats it is 1. 25 lakhs per annum plis other miscellaneous fees. The merit seat fee differs as per the ranks. And for NRI's and foriengs it is actually more compared to other private seats fees.

The college is not providing any scholarships as to my knowledge. But some students are getting scholarship which is hence provided by the karnataka Government. There are many scholarships available. But as to now those are unknown to me since i never got any scholarship amount from the government since i am not a resident of karnataka.

College does not support sports very well. But the college has teams for cricket, football, basketball and hence other fields also. Since students are interested in these sectors they form a team, practice and goes for tournaments. Even of the college is not giving that much support for sports they provide the expenses. That is helpful.

Never stayed at the college hostel. I preferred staying in pg for an year then rented out a house with some of my friends. So the hostel fee structure is unkown to me. I think in my first year it was nearly 65k per annum. It might have got increased as the year passed.

Alumnis are held in the college each year as to my knowledge. But the senior students who graduated are not providing any scope for this program. So that the presence of the students are very less during these programs.

Private seat worth 1. 25 lakhs plus other fees per annum. There is a special team in the college only for doing the advertisement and for admissions. They are called admission departments and these guys does the admission works.

Most of the faculties contains phd in different fields and some has only masters. Still the faculties are qualified to be an engineering lecturer. But in every sector there are goods and bads, we also contains like that. Some are very good in teaching and guiding students but still there are people who doesn't know these.
