College in Capital City Raipur

Less facilities, more drama. Form this it should be pretty clear that overall scenarios of the college. Mostly students doesn't come college at all so there is trend of 75% attendance criteria to give class tesst and other exams.

Course will cover everything which requires to become an engineer in the field and it got promoted form BE to B. Tech so courses are up to the mark no vary for that the knowledge of faculties is not that much. During the exam month everything goes slow and smooth there is no pressure of any other things than exam itself. Lab and exam hall are nearby no worry for those its a chilled day during exam.

Sorry to say, but it been zero placement and job opportunities, we just recently got the placement scene in 2019 which wasn't join by any big companies or industries in which students were interested in.

We have here our tech and cultural fest as Avesh and Aayam respectively. Complete event is organised by the students of college. Volunteer, organizer, coordinator, etc together work day and night to conduct this event. These are Raipur's best fest in Chhattisgarh. Different colleges participate in our fest.

As a government institute we have lot of facilities which are provided by our institute in different fields. The fee structure for girls is free and for boy its 18,000/- per year which is cheapest in Raipur. Student with different certificate get scholarships and get extra money for hostel and foods.

Labs, sports, different Compitition national level were conducted. Event called BajasaeIndia conduct by SAE INDIA we have been participating form last three year. Minor-Major project done by final year applying theoretical knowledge to practical experience and building things.

No hostel facility for boys and for girls very few or limited. Hostel were given to the students of other college which is here for now in 2020. Mostly faculties were utilising all the facilities of hostel.

Trying to build alumni network with pass out students. Every year conduct alumni meet in college send letters to alumni call them in college to join and share all kind of knowledge, experience, etc. Mostly alumni doesn't bother to join the meet but college is working hard to increase the no. Alumni association.

I was selected on the basis of entrance exam(PET), due to rank and category basis. It was simple process you have to complete the online admission form and verify you original documents in DVP center later you will get a preferred college of your choice, you will get a day or two to get addmission afterwards it will get vacant for next round. Total of three rounds you get for addmission in college according to PET rank.

All the faculties are new and recently selected for permanent post and are of same age circles around 25-28. Teaching experience are less but made students understand the topic and clear doubts as required. But its just tht they fulfilling there duties which they are paid for no extra effort are seen by them.
