Remarks

College life was the best part of my life. The support that I got from college made me the professional that I am today.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is well designed so that it covers all aspects in my field of study. The professional exposure through industrial training in five-star hotel was given by my college which really helped me a lot in making me a professional in the hotel industry.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

The college provided great placement assistance. The college also provided industrial training in five-star hotels.

College Events

Cultural fest, cricket tournaments and badminton tournaments are the main events in college. However events like seminars, talks are also arranged by college authority so that students get insights about how we should prepare for professional life after college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is divided into many installments. When I compared the fees with other eminent colleges I found out that NIMAS has reasonable fees which helped me a lot in completing my course here There were no additional fees charged during the course.

Fees and Financial Aid

I opted for an education loan. The college authority helped me out in this matter a lot. Thanks for their assistance.

Campus Life

The campus life was great. I made some jovial friends during college life. Moreover extracurricular activities such as cricket, badminton, etc. were organised by college which we enjoyed a lot. I personally enjoyed very much while working in the Food Production Lab.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network made by the college is really helpful to get insights from passed out students of our college who are presently working in various esteemed organization throughout India.

Admission

After appearing in my class 12th examination I applied for the course of Bachelor in Hospitality Management in this college. I was asked to visit college. After a short interview, I was selected. Then I got admission in Bachelor in Hospitality Management.

Faculty

The faculties which gave me the education were highly qualified. They have great industrial experience which make them thorough professionals. The lectures they provided were worth listening to because of the insights they provided. The faculties were very supportive.

Build a Career with NSHM Durgapur

Placement Experience:

Most of students get more than 2 placements. They placement is over in 1 Month and now a lot of students are being placed in Europe, USA, Mauritius with a very good package. They are also placing students in Retails, FMCG, Entertainment and other areas. But i think the fee that we pay, we can get back only in third year when students can go for Internship, as they can earn more than 6-7 Lakhs and palcements is just too good.

NSHM Hotel and Tourism Management, Durgapur - A Place to Study

Placement Experience:

Students are given placements before the final year. A lot of companies come with Oberoi, Taj, Marriott and others. International Placements is done through companies who conduct online interviews, but i dont know what paramters they ask in interview. But placements is 100%. Placements in India is around 4LPA while International it is more than 12-15 LPA

NIMAS, JUST JOIN

NIMAS is the best thing that ever happen to me and talking about the admission process it was quite decent and easy I mean you just have to go to college and they took a short pi and then u will be selected but you have to give entrance CET exam for makaut as it is affiliated to makaut and u don't have to worry about CET because NIMAS will prepare you in such a way that CET will like butter I mean you will pass smoothly because of NIMAS intelligent teaching method. Good BCA college with average placements

The admission process is very easy in NIMAS you just have to appear in the CET exam and pay caution money for admission. This college is situated in the suburban area of Kolkata.
