I got admission from gujarat board with 93.33%. it was my choice to go for biology and it was my dream to be a doctor.

The course i am talking about is the toughest and longest course. My college is one of the oldest and most reputed colleges. Sir sayaji general hospital and govt. medical college, baroda. It has best curriculum with simultaneous theory and practice knowledge. Ward posting is compulsary. so student can make best practical knowledge. The faculty is excellent. Particularly the ward departments. The lecture pattern is made such that if you thoroughly attend u will get best results.

Internship is quite good. u can get good practical knowledge throughout one year. Normal delivery, general emergancy prcedures like vene section, sutiring, catheter etc. Stipend offered is now 10000/ month.

There are no such placements or jobs. But you can get post graduate seats from college ranking. Post graduate course is of 3 years. with stipend of ?42000.

Here we celebrate vibrant a inter college medical event in which all medicos from gujarat come. A four day event with a celebrity concert, garba night, fashion show, rock show.

No. There is no such availability.guj. government gives scholarship to every student who have got 88% and above of 10000? and this continues throughout the mbbs if u get 60% or above every year.But our college doesn't provide scholerships.

Excellent. I can say it was my golden period. though hectic but it was excellent experience of wards, college in morning we have to attend wards. It was wat we were there for. Patient exposure. Techniques, procedures performed, how to assess pr treat patients. How to tackle with them. all knowledge u can get from this. Then lectures and after lunch practicals. another good thing to do. Over all it was hectic but nice schedule to go with.

above average. hostel facility is quite good and it is also inexpensive. 1200?/ year only. there are 3 mess in hostel campus. you can choose any one of them. all serve good food.

Alumni network is quite good. Our alumni has given funds for the renewed gynaec department. It is very active senior students is a prime requirement foe a medico. They can guide us very well. Because of length of course u can not cop up with that. but ur seniors can help you solving thing greately. I got great support from my seniors.

Being a medico your schedule is obviously going to be hectic from 9 to 5 for 1st and 2nd year. From third year you will get some relief.
