Remarks

One negative remark would be the way the exams are conducted by the departments. The students are adviced to write exactly what they are read in the textbooks and notebooks and adviced not to write anything of their own.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is very out dated. Of course they've the basics covered. But the curriculum lacked the latest and important topics. Lot of the course material was outdated as to the syllabus was from the year 1998 even when we were studying in the year 2016.

Placement Experience

4

The placement service department took care of this aspect of the college. They provided is with plenty of opportunities by inviting almost all of the giant companies such as TCS, Infosys, Cognizant and others. And no, our college doesnt provide any internship.

College Events

4

Lot of events are celebrated throughout the academic year in our college. Almost all of the departments have their own events happening. And our college celebrated almost all of the festivals and cultural activities without any hesitation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college has two shifts. The morning shift which is government aided hence the fees for the course doesn't cost more that 10000 rs and the other being the Evening shift is Unaided by the government therefore the fees goes upwards of 15000rs in the minimum.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm not aware of any loan facility. But the there scholarships for single girl child and merit based scholarship. The based scholarship are for the students who have performed exemplarly in their 12th std. And the single girl child scholarship are for the female students who are the only girl child of their family.

Campus Life

3.5

The college supports and celebrates all the co curricular activities and sports in the campus. The gender ratios are mostly 50 - 50. There are lot of different cultural and co curricular departments which are established to enhance the skills of the student. Most of the students who studied in our college belonged to either middle class or lower middle class of the society.

Hostel Facilities

3

Unfortunately our college didn't have any hostel facilities. Because the college was situated in a urban area and most of the student were in and around the same area. So the need for an hostel was not necessary.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni association works closely with the college departments to enhance the experience of the present students in giving them an insight on how to excel in their respective departments. My experience was during my Hindi classes some of my alumnis would visit us on a regular basis and have group session and talk about their experiences.

Admission

I had to visit the college and get the application form. After few i got a call back from the college regarding my status on the application. Later i was directed to a interview with the principal. And then after i got selected, i was directed to the faculties to choose my subjects.

Faculty

4

The faculties were very knowledgeable in their respective field. They were extremely generous to reach out to us and often helped us. There's two ways to look at this one being it is their passion to teach the students and the other being the pressure put on by the management to show better result.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography, the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate, which helps in consistent preparation, however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning, and modern teaching methods

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed
