College needs to improve in quality

Management has to change, should look into the growing market, need to train facilities. Need to improve marketing. Conduct some events of state level. Recognise students and encourage them. Improve the infrastructure and facilities for students. Invest on lab equipments which needs immediate attention. Please make arrangements for placements and internship.

The course and curriculum are decided by University so College don't have other options then following it. The course is good but they have to improve some of the subjects based on the current market demands. Coming to labs it really bad, they dont have proper infrastructure for students and we were sharing computers between 3 students as well as other equipments. Quality of teaching need to improve drastically. The staff need to be trained well on the subjects.

The college formally known as PDIT, which doesn't not have any kind of placements. We have been given completely fake hooes of placements from management. Not they dont provide and kind of internships to students. They don't care on that stuff. We got jobs by over own efforts out side from college. I think now they are trying to get some companies for placement. But they are pretending like they got highest number of placements in websites.

We had few events in college every year. I was on of the members in students union for events management. Every year college celebrate annual day as big event. And based on the union efforts in 2014 we were able to conduct event called "Wonders" which district level event were we got students from many colleges. Other than annual day they have small events for students managed completely by students.

Fee Structure is divided by two parts one is for govt seats and other for management seats. Govt seats fee is decided by government of Karnataka and college will collect the same along with some other added fees approximately 40k per year in 2011 and management seats are decided by college which will vary depending upon the demand for the course.

Yes college will assist you to take loans from bank. But you have to make efforts of selecting and deciding and getting this done. All the Banks will provide you the loans for all the course. You can just apply with documents given by college to bank.

Now the college is looking for good workshops, but the number of students are decreasing every year since they lots of negetive aspects. Sports events were conducted during anual day. Good thing that college don't allow any kind of political activities inside campus. They are wide open for all kind of race ethnic groups there are discrimination of any kind by other students or managements.

One of the good aspects of the college is the hostel. For boys hostel we had very nice infrastructure and facilities and the charge are moderate not over the top. But food quality was bad, they shold have given the contract to some other vendors who can manage good quality.

They are not at all doing any kind of alumni meets. By our efforts we were able to conduct one event. Now it's not happening. College can conduct some meet during anual day and recognise some alumni who made ang kind of achievements.

I had given CET exams by government and based on the ranking i got this college and department. After that i had just went to college and finished documentation in college and done, I got the required seat in college.

The staff at the college are freshers, they don't have much idea about teaching. The quality of education/teaching needs to improve drastically. The senior lecturers are not upto t he mark except few. Many faculties are having very leas idea about the subjects and still they were handling the subjects which was very bad with respect to students future. Management needs to look into it immediately
