Remarks

Bhu is actually a brilliant university not only because of its vast campus but also because of its sequirity as it has its own guards and this is what makes it even more better to study. We have a brilliant library which is very big and also free WiFi to every student

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Yes, since I have Psychology as my subject so there is practicals and the labs are very well functional. In case of exam there are semester wise and each semester 70 marks final paper and 30 marks internal

Placement Experience

5

They are really good as we have IIT in Bhu so the placements are just marvelous and the pay scale can be well said to be around 10 lakhs or more. A lot of companies can be seen in the campus like infosis and many major of them.

College Events

5

There are many events that are conducted in Bhu starting from debate to dance or quiz. Even fests are celebrating like Kashiyatra where a lot of celebrities come like this year Zakir Khan and Papon. There was north east fest also

Fee Structure And Facilities

I would like to say that the fees are actually too low as compared to the rest of the university since it is a central university in a big city with a big space to At first semester the fees is about 3000rupees but later it become 400 rupees

Fees and Financial Aid

There has been scholarship by government for Bhu students where we all get around 3000 every year. I have availed it for me too. Even there is a scholarship by the state government called Uttar Pradesh state government scholarship where they provide money to all the poor students

Campus Life

4.5

There are a lot of play grounds available to the students When properly seen they is around one ground per hostel which contains a football basketball and cricket nets. The gender ratio too is well and fine and when talking about tolerance then a proffersor was immediately suspended when was being charge of misbehaving with girls students

Hostel Facilities

5

Yes although I have opted for a hostel but I was not able to make it. The hostel are well and are spacious and good to live in. There is mess that also provide a good quality of food which is available at a reasonable price. In my case I have average spending of 5000 rupees every month.

Alumni/Alumna

When talking about Alumni network and seniors they I must say that it is really very strong and helpful to us as they are present in every field since Bhu has law, IIT, Medical, Arts and also Science faculty making it an all-rounder to you so no problem wherever you are, you shall get the help from everyone

Admission

I was very keenly interested in Bhu because of its high reputation though out the country I also know that this is very much good to be a student of Bhu. At first there is entrance test which is both online and offline. Further the is verification of certificate and finally course is selected.

Faculty

4.5

They are very nice and responsible towards their duties and are always present whenever the students need help. They are very careful about the feelings of every boy and girls. Move over they do not discriminate anyone although the name suggest Hindu but still nothing as such is there

Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith - [MGKVP], Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Education)
Reviewed on Feb 17, 2026(Enrolled 2023)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA curriculum in my college at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP) for the 2025–2026 academic year is structured under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, making it academically comprehensive but traditionally theoretical. It follows a six-semester system that offers a wide range of subjects, from core Humanities (History, Political Science, Hindi) to modern electives and Vocational courses (e.g., Nutrition, Yoga, or Digital Literacy), providing students with a multidisciplinary framework. In terms of relevance, the syllabus is exceptionally well-suited for students aiming for government services and competitive exams (UPSC/UPPSC), as the depth of social science subjects mirrors the state and national civil service patterns. However, its professional comprehensiveness is lower; while the curriculum includes internal assessments, presentations, and project work to build soft skills, the actual delivery remains focused on rote learning and theory rather than industry-ready practical training. Consequently, the course is highly relevant for an academic or administrative career path but requires significant self-supplementation (internships or external skill-building) for those seeking immediate roles in the private sector.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is well structured, relevant, and comprehensive. One of the main reasons I chose this course was its balanced syllabus, which includes both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The curriculum is designed in a way that builds a strong foundation in core subjects while also introducing advanced topics gradually. This helps students understand subjects deeply rather than just studying for exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam, the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.
