We have a 5 year course of law, divided into 10 semesters. In the initial 3 years, we are taught 4 law subjects along with two arts/business subjects. Thereafter, one has to select an honours course,-either from Business Law/ IP Law/ Constitutional Law/ Criminal Law. Exam structure is very rigorous and involves continous assessment (4 in no. In each subject), mid term exams, projects, final exams and court room excercises. Students have to do internships during breaks as well.

placement cell is very active and there has been a consistent record of amazing placements since the inception of this college. A mixbag of law firms, companies, PSU'S, think tanks etc recruit from our college each year.

We celebrate all festivals. Apart from that we have NH65, our cultural fest and Yuvardha, our sports fest. Both these fests are well known across law school circuits and students from all law schools across India participate in them.

Fee structure is very reasonable as compared to what other law schools are charging these days. We pay on an average of around 1. 5 lakh rupees for one academic year. We have many scholarships as well for students in need.

Hostels are decent. We have single room occupancy for all students, with shared bathrooms on. Each floor. All sorts of housekeeping facilities like cleaning, washing clothes, electricity and basic amenities like bed, fan, table, chairs etc are provided by the University itself.

NLU Jodhpur is among the finest institutes in India for learning law. Apart from my University, there are 18 other NLU's, for which one has to give CLAT (COMMON LAW ADMISSION TEST). The admission process consists primarily only CLAT scores. CLAT itself is a very competitive test and consists of 5 testing areas that include Logical Reasoning, Legal Aptitude, Basic arithmetical skills, Verbal proficiency and qualitative reasoning. Thus, very primary skills required in any law student are tested. Colleges are allotted on basis of rank one scores in the test
