My Review

Our college is good in certain ways like the curriculum, coursed provided and other co-curricular activities and also cultural fests. There is an annual fest of our college which is also remarkable. Apart from that there are post offices, ATMs etc which are a must in a college campus.

Sometimes it becomes much of a hectic day. Nowadays the rules have become strict and so we have to be in our labs till 5pm as opposed to no time limit for the previous batches. Nevertheless the course curriculum is good.

I have not appeared in placements till now because I am still studying and have not reached the required semester to appear in placements. Internships are good because we can go to very important places four improving our knowledge.

Cultural festivals are celebrated based on Assam's cultural timings. We also celebrate Bihu here. Any function first starts with cultural dance and songs and also the National anthem & College anthem.

It's feasible. We pay a maximum of ?21k or ? 21000 for a semester which is somewhat feasible compared to when I studied in GIMT, GHY which was ?45k or ?45000 for a semester. It is 60% cheaper than GIMT which was a private college.

I am not sure about the loan availability but here for minorities we have scholarship facilities. There are a number of scholarship facilities for minorities (SCs, STs etc. ). Also my friends have opted for the same.

Extra-curricular activities are a must here. There are also championships held periodically for those enthusiastic players. Also we have college fests where these championships are held. Players can participate in their respective fields and there is also a privilege for girl's sports. Girls' championship is held separately to avoid discrimination. Also there are Esports which is a must nowadays.

Recently for the first time our department held Alumni meeting & get together for the passed out students. We arranged everything ans also gifted them. We were happy to reach out to them and call them for the fabulous get together.

I appeared in an entrance examination set by Guwahati University. Then I cleared the examination & went through the admission process by submitting my documents (Marksheets of 10th, 12th & Graduation).

They are good and teaches nicely. They actually teaches with the help of slides which is good because we can write down the main points easily. There also have a good knowledge of the subject they are teaching.
