Bvm college engineering course

The college is very good in terms of course offered and fee structure it only struggles with providing better placement opportunities. If they improve the placement scenario then the college is very nice.

The course curriculum for Electrical Engineering is carefully designed and updated regularly to meet present industry needs. The exam is taken in three stages first two being mid semester exams of 30 marks each and an end semester exam of 70 marks along with practical examination or viva. The labs and exams are well spaced leaving room for other activities providing a balance between hectic and chilled.

The college doesn't provide internship. Placement is average with package in the range og 4+Lpa and very few companies approach the college for campus placement. The companies include L&T, torrent power, MG motors, etc.

Two events are organized which are udaan a techno-cultural event, xitij a cultural event The participants include college students and the students of other colleges in anand. The scale of event is moderate.

The college has many courses which are Grant in Aid. In these courses the fee is less than 10 thousand per year while in the self financed courses fee is 1lakh 7 thousand+. The presence of GIA course makes this college an attractive option for students.

Many government scholarships are available for students who are eligible. These scholarship are provided for hostel as well as college fees. may students have used these facilities and get atleast around 15-20 thousand per year to pay their fees

Gender ratio is less as being an engineering college female students are less. There are many cultural and technical societies in the college where students actively participate. There is no problem regarding political, gender or race all are very helpful.

Shared hostels with 3 students per room and a fee of 16 thousand There are plenty of hostel seats available and students can get affordable housing. The PGs are priced around 40 thousand per year and are also a good option for those who need better rooms

The faculty is well qualified with most of them having masters and doctorate in their fields. The faculties are regularly assessing the students to maintain their interest towards the subject. Interactive teaching medium is utilised by faculty which includes digital white board and projector screens.
