Remarks
Good placements, internships and faculty. Poor infrastructure, less hostels and ground area. Campus canteen is not impressive but amul parlor, coffee day, Indian coffee house and bmart are preferable. Local railway station and police station are nearby.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well planned syllabus along with practical learning included in it. frequent labs in every week to ensure practical learning. coming to exams, there are mid semester exams once in a semester including lab practical exams and as usual end semester exams,year included with 2 semesters.
Placement Experience
When it comes to placements nit raipur is one of best college in nits. This college has 100% placement in CSE and IT and above 70%placements in other branches. companies like Amazon,Samsung, UHG, GE etc., Visit every year for placement drives. Many internship opportunities at the end of 3rd year stipend upto 45000.
College Events
There are many committees and clubs in the college for development of individual interests. ECLECTIKA culture committee organising cultural test, SAMAR as sports fest. AAVARTHAN techinacal fest and Entrepreneur Summit every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Academics fee structure is little bit more but it provides reembersment for students whose income is less upto 5lacs. And fee is around 1.2lac per year including exams fee, library, dispensary and hostel fee around 40000.
Fees and Financial Aid
College doesn't provide any loans or scholarship s but there are some other ways to get them, CSS scholarship will be provided by government on the basis of previous academics, FEE scholarship provided by private organization.
Campus Life
In this college there are many clubs and sports. There is no gender discrimination in the campus and fresher has orientation programs but very less ground area for sports and less faculty for sports department.
Hostel Facilities
Very less hostel infrastructure, it provide hostel for not even 10% of students and hostel fee is upto 40000. PGs are available near college within 5km and they cost upto 3000 per head for room and 3500 per food.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very less and it may not helpful much. But It will with senior of 1or 2 years than you. Good interaction with senior of 1-2 years then my batch. There are many ways to interact with seniors interaction clubs and interaction sports meets.
Admission
There is only one way to get admission in this college, which is through jee-mains score and relative rank. you need to clear jee-mains entrance test to enter into this college. There is 50% local state reservation and category reservation as usual.
Faculty
Highly qualified faculty in every department of college as professors and assistant professors, every one are PhD scholars and proficient teaching skills. But they teach hardly 2-3 subjects out of 6, remaining will be by phD students or contract faculty, who are not even half good as professors.
