Remarks
An average Institute. NIET is in the top 20 colleges of UPTU. It's an average college and if you are good in academics for sure you will get benefit from here. Following are the plus Points of this college- good academic environment and discipline. Everything runs systematically.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good in my opinion. You will get enough support from the teachers and your fellow mates in your study and projects. Teachers have enough potential to make you learn any topic. The exam structure is also fine. In AKTU passing exams are quite easy.
Placement Experience
Placements and job opportunities are enough for CS, IT, ECE students, you will get 100% placed in these branches. Other branches need to struggle a lot because there are fewer companies for them, and most of them get placed in CS, IT companies or marketing companies.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a private college, so fees is quite expensive. ~1 lpa per year. Pre Registration fees for direct admission will be paid directly to AKTU by students. From 2nd Year onwards university examination fees will be paid directly to AKTU by students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, you will, you can fill the form only if your father has a private job, and if you belong to sc/st or obc, the chances of getting a scholarship are more than a student who belongs to the general category. you will get a scholarship if you have an income certificate up to 36000/year. And then you have to fill the form which is a headache but you will pass through it.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, they are helpful. You can say that its atmosphere is just like a school.Tearchers will always force you to study, you have to maintain your attendance 75%, you have to submit your assignments and all other stuff but the fact is that no other college would care abt your attendance, academics, etc they will only care abt the fee which they should get on time.
Faculty
Most of the teachers are well qualified and every teacher has proper knowledge of the subject they are teaching. Faculty members are also a little bit frank to the students but during lectures they are strict.
