My College And Hostel Life

Well I have yo say that my college perform best compare to others college in Madhya Prades. Course curriculum is ok ok type its not too good, in my time period we are testing a new feature of AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) called CBCS program which is almost failure for that time, but I have to say that my college is 1st college who applied new programs and update course account to industry need, so we can learn new technique and methods for better understanding and better future.

For beach like CS, IT, EI have a better job opportunities in our college they get lot of placements drives form different tech companies. But other have branch like Civil mechanical have a very less placements opportunities. In my time we get a only 1 placements drive from marketing company (cement related). Infosys and TCS are those company who comes every year and gave placement for about 200 students. But thair is almost no job opportunity for Civil branch students.

Quiz, Flag hoisting, Photography competition, Robot race, Edm nights, Wall painting, Face painting, Cricket championship, Tree planting. These are all the events where I participate and enjoy, every year before the main exam time culture event is held which is biggest event of the college with 3 day duration. Participate in events are are easy by selection process by senior students. Because all the events are held by students, college management is provide funds for events. But not every event get funds so students contribute financially.

Its fixed we have to pay 38000+ inr. at the time of admission every year and 28000+ for every semester. So our annual fee is almost 65000 every year. Plus we have to pay 2200 for exam fee for every semester (totel 2200*8= 17600 inr. ) Also all ther person who live in hostel has paid hostel fees to 25000 for first time (1st year)and 22000 per year. Mess fee is dependent on food and its very hostel to hostel but in average 2000 per month is mess fee. So I have to say that its expensive college. 128000 rs per year (4 years course duration) is average amount that students pay as a fee in civil branch. In other branch fee is much higher.

Education loan can be granted by banks not form college. Thair is 45000 per year scholarship by govt. And 15000 per year for hostel scholarship provide by govt. Only fir too poor students. Middle family students like me have take lone for education, because I didn't get the any kind of scholarship.

The best place of my college life, at the my time the condition of rooms are not too good but after renovations it's totely new. Rokms are sharing type. In every room 3 student lived. Size if room is almost 10*12 feet.

Yes, senior students are helpful they provide free books and instrument for us. They halp us in problems, leed the way for different things. Personalty development to papering in examm they help us where we needed.

Every year JEE exam is conduct and all the students who clear that exam get a admission in Govt. College. Exam has 2 lavel. JEE mains, JEE Advance. All the students who pass with good marks in jee advance get a chance to admission on NIT and IIT colleges in india. I clear the mains only so I get govt. college, next process is online process, you have to summit a application through your State government website (in my case MP online) you got the college according to your marks and rank.

In my college there are two kind of faculty, one is older age and the other one is younger one. the older one have a great knowledge and experience but the younger one have a good communication skill and new technique of teaching to student like PPT presentation, seminar ie. In my college most of the professor have a PHD degree and they are very well qualified for teaching the youngers have post graduation in their subjects. Interest of teaching is depend on the faculty and it's very day by day.
